The servers were amazing out of this world nice. Unfortunately they place is in shambles. The food is notable declined. Even the bacon just was not worth it. And you can tell it’s not the cook it’s the quality of the product. The restaurant was falling apart there was a window right in front of me that didn’t have the border on and looked water damaged. No one was sitting there but it was a huge eye sore. The pancake we got for our didn’t have sprinkles in it just around it and it was called a birthday pancake. 🥞 basically one of those cases where the product didn’t look like the picture. Just meh. It’s the same around me too in my town it’s so meh the best one is the one in Seattle but I would have to try it again to confirm that it’s not the staff it’s the company letting they franchises down.

This was the cleanest ihop I ever been in. Immediately greeted at the door and seated in a completely empty restaurant. Service was fantastic but was curious why it wasn't busier on a Thursday night. Food was hot and fresh and never had to ask for a refill. I will visit again

Forget the fact that it takes forever to get your order (even the appetizer ), the whole reasons kids order the happy face pancake is to see the happy face in the pancake as pictured in the menu. After what felt like forever, we got the pancake and when we asked what about happy face, she got us some chocolate chips and cream and said you can make your own. Also we asked for water (basic courtesy) consistently and haven’t gotten it.

Walked in about 7pm, what I’m assuming is the cook is sitting down at one of the tables not doing anything, my family and I get seated and it takes over 30 minutes to receive our food and then when we got it it was absolutely disgusting, the hashbrowns were completely burns, burger wasn’t cooked AND had a cock roach go across my table 🤢 this place needs new cooks and a new restaurant and they refused to comp our meal so I’ll never be coming here again what an absolute joke. No idea how they even have 4 ⭐️

I love ❤️ going to IHOP and ordering the Spicy Poblano Omelette—it’s my absolute favorite! 🤩 and My better-half (husband) loves the Colorado Omelette! Their pancakes are slam-dunken delicious! 😋
IHOP is the only place I know that will make my Omelette with egg whites Only if you ask, which I really appreciate.
The customer service at this location was friendly,and accommodating. The place needs updating for sure. Not as nice compared to other locations.
The cook (I didn’t catch her full name, but it started with a (Z) prepared our food exactly the way we requested.
IHOP has a variety of foods to choose from- breakfast, lunch and dinner! Their menu even includes gluten-free items vegan as well. Honestly, when I come I only eat what is my favorite item. Other than that I could say what the other items would taste like. A rule of thumb 👍 is to eat what they specialize 🤪
