After 9 years with Jack in the Box...working everything from behind the counter/drive thru window, working the grill & fryer, from prep to maintenance, and of course above all else providing unyielding excellent customer service and even being bestowed the honor of managing my own store...I was sadly underwhelmed by the service, quality, and overall experience I received when visiting this location...I 100% will be the first to admit what an incredibly hard and demanding job it is to work fast food...I would have ignored the small negatives about the food if the customer service had made up for it...but alas this store and this crew let me down on both fronts...please if a manger/employee/DM are reading this please use it as a reference point about how a happy and engaging crew can wow the guest before they ever receive their food...and if moral is up I found in my years of service that the effect also increased the quality of our food, speed of service and customer satisfaction and retention...trust me...your bottom line will speak for itself if you can inspire your crew to have a passion for and fun at their jobs...and remember it all starts with Servant Leadership! I'll check back in with y'all awhile on down the road....

THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN!!! ‼️‼️ Worst jack in the box ever. Very slow. The food is cold. I seen the cashier take my money than make the tacos without washing her hand and didn’t have gloves on. She mugged me when I walked in on her phone and continued to be on her phone for a whole 3 mins before serving me. Very rude and was talking mess in her language. Took my whole 15 min break to make 4 tacos and a small fried. Not coming back here anymore.

I cannot believe the attitude of the 2 employees I spoke with !!!!! I first spoke with a cashier by the name of aranza who had the attitude of ‘your ruining my day by just being here’ she seemed to not even know what was on her menu,or just didn’t want to take the extra effort to give us a hand . After just saying yeah that’s fine ,cutting my actual order short because I didn’t want to deal with her anymore, I pulled up to the pay window. Where she tried to hand me the wrong drink. After pointing this out to her she gave me an irritated look. After changing out the drink she sent the other employee, Marta, who as well could have cared less about anything regarding our order . Marta argued with me after I asked for curly fries, I was wrong as she showed with the receipt ,so I offered to just pay for a new fry to help fix the situation, where she then demanded the bag back to just replace them . After looking at the receipt, the cashier charged me for 3 drinks rather than 2 (not a big deal but simply adds to the irritation) all this to go home to STILL have the order wrong ,missing items, cold and massacred burgers, tasteless drinks, and so on. I repeat, I CANNOT BELIEVE these employees ,both of which seemed drugged out and high strung during all of this . Seriously if anything your 2 workers , Aranza and Marta honestly should NOT be employed in such a environment if they cannot at the very abide by simple personal restrains such as kindness and non hostility. Upset isn’t even the beginning of how I feel about this interaction.
