They aren't aware of simple things like drink sizes or app deals. Also this location doesn't honor most app offers, is always out of drinks,sauces or even just basic menu items. Seems to be managed terribly. Your better off making the 5 to 7 min trip to 4th St.....They seem to have it together a bit more

The number on the listing is wrong. I accidentally ordered this from 50 miles away. I was on the road and ordered some food and it defaulted to this one rather than using GPS. It was my fault, but I called the number at least 10 times, no answer. Just wanted to tell them I accidentally made an order. I had to pay for food I didn't get.

The manager of the Renton, WA Sunset Blvd store tonight refused to serve us our order because allegedly, our food was not showing up in their system. She told us to call Juan, who I'm assuming is the district manager. He verified that our food was ordered and paid for after sending him our order confirmation and also verifying my food was paid for with doordash.
Both doordash and the district manager tried to call and verify that my order was processed and that it should be prepared. Doordash tried to call them, and they refused to answer the phone. Then the district manager called and they answered and he told them to make our food.
The manager at the store refused still to make our food. Then she started intentionally moving slowly and carelessly, acting as if she was not going to make our food. Then she started to taunt us and say that we were getting free food and wanted to argue with us about our order. Even though she was contacted by the district manager and told to honor our order by the exact person she told us to contact. So naturally, that should have been the end of it.
When we verified to her that we were not getting free food and that her manager that she told us to call, herself, said to make the food. She started to make the order after 10 minutes and still intentionally got the order wrong. After making our order wrong, the manager still didn't want to correct the order once we told her that items were missing and made the food. She continued to say that we were getting free food and making smart remarks, being sarcastic and scoffing at us.
By the time I got my whole order, my food was cold, and i had to warm up my order. Also, my food was made very sloppy as if someone with an attitude made it. This has been the worst experience I've ever had at Jack in the box as a paying customer. Especially in this economy and the cost of food we are currently dealing with. 11/22/2024

Edit: well i tried calling to speak with a manager. I still really like this place but I have a concern. Recently when i went through the drive thru the cashier had on the dirtiest gloves I have ever seen and they were even raggedy and torn like they had been wearing them all day without changing. I hope they are not the one’s handling the food. They do, however, handle the drinks and when they smash the lid on the overflowing drinks down as they always do the entire palm of that filthy glove contaminates the lid and whatever fluid rises up from the opening. I work in healthcare and if i get sick not only can i not work but my clients could be put in danger before I even know I am sick. Honestly this entire experience makes me consider no longer going to fast food places in general. Food workers need to change their gloves often and should not put dirty gloves in direct contact with drink lids or food. I wish them the best but i feel they are putting people in danger.

The night staff is well below average especially when it comes to being professional. I have seen too many accounts of this, and let alone waiting for someone to take my order is a 10-15 min waste of my day, before they stop talking with eachother or family members inside th ebuilding, to help me. step it up! Me and my daughter come here for our weekly dinner together, and I am starting to really rethink my choice of food establishment

It stunk so bad in there I think it was the septic? I recommend not going here in less you can handle the smell of Diarrhea. We walked in and up to the counter and after a few sniffs we walked back out.-my 8 year old son?

They have obviously done some serious improvements here, I came here in the years past and was very disappointed pretty much everytime. Now I can tell you this is the best Jack in the Box I've ever had! Food is cooked perfectly, hot and delicious! The staff are very friendly, professional and fast. Well done whoever took over. It's clear they have a much higher standard than the last people. Super glad we have a great burger place close by now!
