I want government zulma a big shout out for making my every experience at this location amazing. She is always friendly and bubbly. My orders are always fresh and correct. Very rarely do i have an issue with an order and its always the app and she is able to fix it. When its her days off im a just a little sad cus the full experience isn't there but its close. Please give that woman a good raise. She very well deserves it!!!

When I'm in the area late at night this is my favorite Jack in the Box to stop at because their dining room is open 24 hours and the manager on shift and the other employees that I've encountered always have a smile and give me my food quickly

Took over 10 minutes in the drive thru, the fries were old, stale, and cold. Portion for breakfast burrito was significantly smaller than normal. Not worth the price. The only upside was that the drive thru working was friendly.

This Jack in the box is so quick to take your payment but very SLOW at getting your order ready and out to you. They have you pay at the window and then ask you to move forward away from the window and there's already 2 cars in front of you waiting for their food ! It's very sad that this is a fast food restaurant yet it doesn't operate like fast food. They have too many body's inside working and too many cars outside waiting for orders that is a big issue.

One of the better J in the B around the area during the late/early hours that at least doesn't totally suck such as ones like the Jack off of Sunset next to Grocery Outlet. The Sunset Blvd Jack is probably the worst one I've ever been too trust me don't waste your time. This Jack on 4th isht much farther n u won't leave there pissed off at the fast food employees that suck at their jobs.

All you're gonna taste is grease. Hours after yiu eat, you're gonna be burping, and your burps are going to taste like grease. Even the smell outside this place smells like old grease, it's nasty. And the fact that it costs so much just makes it worse.

I absolutely love this place... The manager here is the kindest nicest person... My order was incorrect it was short one 8 pcs nugget. I went back and complained, They immediately made me another eight piece nugget and they gave me this little chocolate lava cake I didn't expect that at all, I was amazed... Philadelphia declared that this is now my to go to Jack in the box restaurant... I like everything they make there....
