I ordered a medium but got a large fries and drink. No problem, but the drive-through is always slow, and my chicken fajita pita doesn't always have the same amount of chicken in it. Sometimes, there's not much lettuce, and cheese is sometimes minimal or nonexistent.

This was the worst jack in the box in the area for years. Though the service has been improving this last year or so. The food here is never hot, warm at best.

The lady at the front counter took care to get my order correct, she rang everything correctly, unfortunately that's where the good news ends.I was not thanked when I picked up my order, and my order was wrong. The burger was missing bacon and cheese. It also tasted old, as if the cook was not adhering to proper hot holding guidelines.I submitted my feedback via the link on the receipt. I was told they would follow up and they never did. They asked me to take another survey about how they followed up. I told them I was never contacted. I once again left my contact info but was never contacted. Absolutely awful customer service.I would not come back. They seem to have a habit of getting orders wrong. The staff aren't rude, but they don't seem to take customer service seriously. Working in customer service myself, I know what good customer service looks like and it's not that hard.

So this review is only on the new Boba tea that Jack-in-the-Box is selling for five dollars the flavor is OK but the Boba are hard so I would not recommend spending five dollars for that Boba it's worth about $1.50 other than that I love Jack-in-the-Box

Asked for and drivethru cashier confirmed my order.. Spicy chicken, no cheese with regular fries.Order received: bun with lettuce, tomato, cheese but NO chicken.. Also came with curly fries instead of regular. Drove back to get my order corrected. Cashier was very apologetic, fixed my order quickly and I was on my way again. My diet coke was spot on perfect..
