I went over there today I got the 17 and the 07... Will my wife and my mother-in-law ever stop complementing... They have to love the place... I want to get my sandwich too... But I had two teeth pulled today I'm going to have to wait... I'll be back though... Does the play smell good...Oh man, that was fresh and the bomb... Well don't Heat your house up and get down to Jersey Mike's...

I am a usual customer, me and my husband come frequently. The atmosphere wasnt that busy, but yet they rushed us to get done making our food. Didnt bother to ask if had everything on the sandwiches before they decided to wrap everything up. Very disappointed, dont usually have this problem 😕

This is my home jersey mikes so order from and come in here often but I just wanted to acknowledge the staff who worked the lunch rush today 06/04/25. And I do mean every staff member I seen needs to be commended and celebrated. The line was so long, they were getting online orders, order pick ups waiting, AND the phone kept ringing. That was soo much going on but they were getting through it seemingly effortlessly and with a good attitude. They were communicating well, smiling, moving efficiently, and keeping up with not only the extensive orders from those of us who walked in but completing all the online receipts (I seen a few loooooong receipts - like a CVS receipt on crack) while also actively refreshing ingredients on the line. Wonderful team, great service, and they still took the time to listen to my requests (swap swiss for provolone, extra veggies, extra mayo, a bit more vinegar). Very impressed seeing this as a customer but also a food service worker myself. Wasn’t in a position to tip them all what they deserved so I figured I’d at the very least leave this review. Stellar service. Keep up the great work guys.

Jersey Mikes is a good sandwich shop with glueten free options. I gave them a lower rating than normal b/c it took forever to get my order placed. It appears they were prioritizing pickup orders before customers onsite. Perhaps this business should plan to keep up with the volume of business.
If you require glueten free, they have it and specifically prepare for it by wiping done the equipment,etc.
Like a good sandwich, try them out. To be safe, order via their app.

Regular at this location. Today was the most disappointing experience of them all. The place smelled upon entry. The tables, were dirty and full of nasty finger prints and crumbs. My sandwich which was made on white bread, was semi hard to the point that it gave my jaw a workout just eating it.
I hope this isn’t the new norm for I would hate to go elsewhere, get it together JM.

Chicken Chipotle cheese steak with the corn meal on the bottle, so good. I've been here dozens of times and had only 1 mistake on a take out order. Use the app, hot and ready to pickup.

Everyone in the food industry that makes food should be required by law to wear hair nets. I'm so sick and tired of getting someone's hair in my food. Nothing like pulling your fresh sandwiche apart and finding a long piece of someone's hair in it. GROSS!! Needless to say that while sandwiche went in the trash. My husband could barely eat half of his because mine grossed him out so much. Last time we eat here!

I’ve been a regular here for almost two years, but things have taken a nosedive since October 2024. Service used to be attentive, and the food was consistently excellent. Now? It’s a disaster. A staff change led to the departure of two senior members who clearly held the place together. The current team couldn’t care less, and the food quality has plummeted to abysmal levels. It’s shocking how much the business relied on just two people to succeed. Without them, this place is doomed. What was once a reliable spot is now a complete disappointment.

Additionally, I sent this issue through the Jersey mikes app to see if there would be any response from management. There was no response from management.

My husband ordered 2 sandwiches. Both orders totally wrong. Turkey club sub with bacon & mayo. Requested to add pickles & spicy brown mustard. Also it had no lettuce or tomatoes.
Husband got a hot pastrami sandwich. It was cold

I like the food here that’s why I’m a rewards member and I work close by this shop but I’d go somewhere else if I could. I walk in an everyone just kind of looks at me weird and like no one wants to talk to me. Cashier was on her phone. Went to the register to order instead of down the line and was told to order at the other spot in the future, which is fine, but i don’t like her tone, she didn’t sound helpful or kind, but rather annoyed. Sorry for interrupting your phone time at work. Not to mention when my food came out they said my number in the quietest tone while ignoring me and talking to each other immediately. I’m the only one in the store at this point and it’s just very blatant they all didn’t want to speak to me or help me or make me feel welcome in any way.
