There was a lady and two gentleman working tonight. The young lady was highly unprofessional and rude to even her coworkers. I will not be going back to this location.

Everyone in the food industry that makes food should be required by law to wear hair nets. I'm so sick and tired of getting someone's hair in my food. Nothing like pulling your fresh sandwiche apart and finding a long piece of someone's hair in it. GROSS!! Needless to say that while sandwiche went in the trash. My husband could barely eat half of his because mine grossed him out so much. Last time we eat here!

I’ve been a regular here for almost two years, but things have taken a nosedive since October 2024. Service used to be attentive, and the food was consistently excellent. Now? It’s a disaster. A staff change led to the departure of two senior members who clearly held the place together. The current team couldn’t care less, and the food quality has plummeted to abysmal levels. It’s shocking how much the business relied on just two people to succeed. Without them, this place is doomed. What was once a reliable spot is now a complete disappointment.

Additionally, I sent this issue through the Jersey mikes app to see if there would be any response from management. There was no response from management.

My husband ordered 2 sandwiches. Both orders totally wrong. Turkey club sub with bacon & mayo. Requested to add pickles & spicy brown mustard. Also it had no lettuce or tomatoes.
Husband got a hot pastrami sandwich. It was cold

I like the food here that’s why I’m a rewards member and I work close by this shop but I’d go somewhere else if I could. I walk in an everyone just kind of looks at me weird and like no one wants to talk to me. Cashier was on her phone. Went to the register to order instead of down the line and was told to order at the other spot in the future, which is fine, but i don’t like her tone, she didn’t sound helpful or kind, but rather annoyed. Sorry for interrupting your phone time at work. Not to mention when my food came out they said my number in the quietest tone while ignoring me and talking to each other immediately. I’m the only one in the store at this point and it’s just very blatant they all didn’t want to speak to me or help me or make me feel welcome in any way.

We purchased $75 worth of food from this shop today and I haven’t ever been treated so poorly. The young gal with dark hair was the rudest employee. Didn’t ask what bread we wanted. By the time we decided (30 seconds) she had already started the sandwiches. She forgot bacon on my husbands sandwich, when he returned it, she threw the bacon at his sandwich thankfully he caught it. Forgot oil and vinegar on one sandwich which was suppose to be mikes way. I will never be back. The worst part was the store manager was on her lap top in the lobby watching all of it go down.

After a catering nightmare with chipotle, I came into the store today to see if there was any way we could get a few catering boxes for tomorrow for my grandmother memorial. Carson the assistant manager was kind, honest, helpful and went completely out of his way to help my family after a disaster of a day. He got us set up for an order for tomorrow morning. Most places would never help abruptly but he was amazing and helped us out. If management reads this give that kid a raise. You have a great caring employee on your hands and not a lot of people are like that anymore.

This store keeps getting my orders wrong. I got home and not what I ordered in the store. Tried to call the store for 30 minutes straight and kept getting busy and then the line hangs up. Very frustrated with this store vs the others. I dont think I will be back to this store.
