Came here and ordered a sub and they proceed to try to give me a previous person order. Cut half the bread and then had another half that was out on the counter for a long time (Mayo was gross) and tried to give it to me. why not just throw old stuff away?!

Terrible. My 17 year old son ate a chipotle Philly cheesesteak on Dec 17, 2023 and vomited all night. I called the store 4 times and they transferred me to “Kitchen staff” and back to the store location in Renton. Each time I was hung up on. I complained to the county health dept. DO NOT EAT HERE, especially the cheesesteak.

I like the hot subs here more than at other sub shops. More choices and I think they taste better. The customization options are a bit more limited, but they have all the basic stuff you would expect for a sandwich. I haven't tried the cold subs, but I do see them slice it fresh for others. For cold subs, I like a bit more options for veggies which is why I usually get them at another store. I should try it here once though because they do look good.
