I placed an online catering order that came to $281. By card was billed three times. I received no confirmation email. The next day I called to see if they had the order and informed them my card was billed three times. They had the order so i went to pick it up and asked them to refund the other transactions. They said the manager needed to. I asked for the managers name and number. They said he likes to reach out to customers and would not provide it. I showed them my bank statement where I was triple charged. Still nothing. They said he would call me. I receive no call so now I have to go back down to the store tomorrow. This is insane and a colossal waste of my time. I will never order from them again.

Pretty solid. I did place my order as I was going to leave work and ended hp having to stay like 45 more minutes. When I went to pick it up the employee had ate my sandwich Lol. Which honestly I couldn’t care less about. He made a nee one within minutes and I was on my way.

Came to drive thru, it was empty, store wasn't busy. After sitting there for 7 minutes without being greeted I finally said hello and was then asked what I would like to order. Once I got to the window, I attempted to pay for my order with a $100 bill. I was rudely told they don't take $100's (which is fine, but there are no signs informing customers of this). When I replied this is the only bill I have, someone else came and asked to see the $100 bill. I guess they decided to take it then because I was handed a stack of $5's and my food. Didn't count the change back to me, just brushed me off. This was not a friendly experience, it was rather rude. Hopefully customer service will be worked on and may I suggest signs stating which $$ bills are accepted so customers know prior to ordering. My order was all wrong and I didn't get all of my order.

Walked in, said what I wanted, blinked, and the sub was already in my hand. I didn’t even finish saying “extra jalapeños .” That’s not just fast—it’s borderline witchcraft.

And while they don’t do it “Mike’s Way,” they do it the Jimmy way—simple, cold, delicious, and aggressively efficient. Fresh bread, crunchy lettuce, and deli meat stacked with no-nonsense swagger. It’s like the introvert of sub shops: no drama, just sandwiches.

Been calling for several days 1/25 asked for a refund and it was voided on there end called my bank they never received. Called back today like the gentleman asked and partly the district manager was completely unhelpful. Oh it is voided on our end. Nothing I can do, kept interrupting me and talking over me. I understand ur position. But 1 ur associat told me to call or get my money regardless today and ur telling me different. Not impressed! Called my bank again they see nothing on there end. If u place a order at the wrong location just pick it up not worth the Hassel this has caused.

This Jimmy John's has been great... the staff is always friendly and the food great! I've ordered here for pick up about five times over the last couple months and been perfect every time... Not sure about all the negative reviews, a couple years back it seemed a little short-staffed sometimes, but that was everybody... Thanks, and definitely recommended! Their subs always feel a lot more natural and wholesome than Subway to me, so it's my go-to....

Sandwiches were great. Rewards program sucks. I ordered 2 giant sandwiches for $42 and got 1 credit. It should be dollar based like everyone else.

Worst Jimmy John's I've order from... they didn't give me anything that order... they put tomatoes on my sandwich that I told them to remove cause I'm allergic to them that could've killed me ....they charge me for my cheese No cheese they didn't put my cucumbers .....this jus terrible they tried to kill me with them tomatoes ?
