Been calling for several days 1/25 asked for a refund and it was voided on there end called my bank they never received. Called back today like the gentleman asked and partly the district manager was completely unhelpful. Oh it is voided on our end. Nothing I can do, kept interrupting me and talking over me. I understand ur position. But 1 ur associat told me to call or get my money regardless today and ur telling me different. Not impressed! Called my bank again they see nothing on there end. If u place a order at the wrong location just pick it up not worth the Hassel this has caused.

This Jimmy John's has been great... the staff is always friendly and the food great! I've ordered here for pick up about five times over the last couple months and been perfect every time... Not sure about all the negative reviews, a couple years back it seemed a little short-staffed sometimes, but that was everybody... Thanks, and definitely recommended! Their subs always feel a lot more natural and wholesome than Subway to me, so it's my go-to....

Sandwiches were great. Rewards program sucks. I ordered 2 giant sandwiches for $42 and got 1 credit. It should be dollar based like everyone else.

Worst Jimmy John's I've order from... they didn't give me anything that order... they put tomatoes on my sandwich that I told them to remove cause I'm allergic to them that could've killed me ....they charge me for my cheese No cheese they didn't put my cucumbers .....this jus terrible they tried to kill me with them tomatoes ?

Personally I'm not a fan of Jimmy John's sandwiches. The bread is small and tough. The meat is never pushed back to the center where the crease is in the bread. Whenever I bite the sandwich it's just bread where they fold the sandwich. So it's half meat, vegetables and cheese. Then all the way down the crease side is just bread.Plus, the last straw was when there was an issue with my online order. It said the food would be ready at 11:15. I bought all this food for after our business meeting which ended at 11:00. Thinking I can show up and pick it up and bring it back on time for people to have their lunch breaks from 11:30 to 12:00. When I arrived there at 11:15 my food order was not even started! In fact they told me that my food would not be ready for another hour and 15 minutes. Two female managers on duty we're very unprofessional. I tried to explain that there was a issue with ordering online. They just kept saying well on our end it says 12:15 for pick up. I had to be the professional one and say okay guys since you now know there's a problem with online ordering- time frames. Then please pass this information on to your superiors who can solve the problem. As I was leaving I heard one of the (shift) managers say if she knows it's going to be an hour late online then why not order it 1 hour earlier from now on?!? Another kid said what are we supposed to do about it? Very horrible customer service/ no help from management on duty and lack of professionalism.Besides I prefer Subway -the bread is toasted warm, the cheese is melted, the Bacon's crispy but not hard as a rock I can go on but I will not.

I called to place a pick up order by phone and was told they are too busy for that and that I can come in or place an order online. After 5 minutes I called back to ask if they had time to take an order and was told no. Then after explaining that this conversation has taken longer than taking my order I requested the manager and was hung up on. I find this to be poor customer service.I have always called, once a week, since december and ordered by phone for pick up with no issues.UPDATE***I promptly went to the store, placed my order, received my food quickly and then explained to the managers what had happened. They were very nice, as always, and I will continue to call once a week as I have been. Thank you for hearing me and responding.

Jonathon was very nice and sweet. I couldn't get my card to work and he was very patient and sweet. He went home and waited for card to work it did, but the store had a half hour to close down, and he waited till 10 for me to get there and I was lost and looking for the interstate to get back that way and my gps wouldn't work it thought I was on a bicycle and ...... It was a mess but he waiting till almost 1015 for me. I called told what was going on and he couldn't put it back on the card cause he had to close out at 9 so I had messed him up too and kept him there till1015 or so. So he said he'd leave a message for the morning folks and if I could get it by 11 I said yes, and got there in no time.I just had to share how Jonathon went above and beyond his duties for the day/evening4-17-2024 @ 7:54 P. M.

Vegetarian options: The Vegetarian sandwich is my favorite. I change a couples of things but it is nice fresh buns always full of how I like it. Making it a combo with drink, chips and the dessert, oh my the desserts, I didn't get any, "wonder why"? I normally get the dessert that how I know, there good. Lol

Never had Jimmy John’s before and it didn’t disappoint. Got the Beach Club sandwich and it was really good. had your basic atmosphere but a lot of funny signs to read and entertain you.
