My recent visit to Jimmy John's was a major letdown. From the moment I walked in, the employees were incredibly unfriendly and disrespectful. Incredibly, I overheard an unsettling conversation among them where they joked about tampering with customers' food. This left me deeply uncomfortable, and I immediately asked for a refund. To top it off, they managed to get my order completely wrong. This experience was nothing short of a nightmare, and I doubt I'll be giving Jimmy John's another chance.

I have been coming here allot the past month for the #16 and the crew here has there ups and downs.. But Jasmine is always super nice to me. Good customer service goes a long way! Glad your company has the right girl at the window.

way too much mayo, almost deliberately bad? There was mayo throughout the lettuce even. The diet coke was messed up too. Hey , they chips were good though lol. Terrible.

I was so excited to get my free sandwich and was told I couldn’t get it due to it not being a 6 inch that’s not a favorite? I ordered a lil John veggie and told the guy I’m a vegetarian and told me I’m very sorry ma’am you can only get the number 1-6 which the veggie is the number 6. So I had to pay for a sandwich that I could have gotten for free. I’m so disappointed. Also the guy didn’t know how to look up my account for a good 5 minutes before he told me I couldn’t get a free sandwich because he was new or didn’t know what he was doing. Wow. The sandwich was not good at all as well. I asked for basil dressing and hardly tasted it

It's decent, but the parking lot is a complete nightmare around lunchtime. Had two employees hit my truck with something. One, a box that fell from the roof of his car. The other was from the garbage can gate being carelessly swung open l. Both within the last week. Was sitting in my vehicle both times. Can't even count how many accidents I have seen nearly happen in this lot while eating. Better have good auto insurance if you plan on parking here.

Food was done suspiciously fast. I wouldn’t have believed it if I hadn’t watched them make it my self. They had my order ready in 5 seconds from when I finished ordering. Only criticism I have is the drink machine needs to be closer to the front. It’s in an awkward position near the back.

Very good people, service and sandwiches. Order ahead with the app, the drive through is hit or miss for time. Leaving and crossing the road can take forever with long lights.

That customer service is complete trash . Super rude the lady working the register 5/19/23 between 1:27-1:31pm yeah extremely rude. If i place the money in your hand I expect you to respectfully put it back in my hand not on the counter than just walk away saying absolutely nothing. & to think i wanted to order outside of my online order smh

I came here to eat for lunch. No one greeted me or the other 3 customers when I arrived.I tried to talk to them and they straight up ignored me.Definitely not impressed and will be going somewhere else for now on.
