Love JJ. Tried to get a JJG at 907 pm. Place said it closes at 1030 pm. Message said pull hard on the door to get in. Restaurant message on door said we’re close at 909pm. Sad that I cannot get a sandwich for me and my girl on a Friday night after work.

I am very much impressed with the service that was provide today my the staff working on the shift of my order. I ordered September 15th around 12:45pm and even though the manager was not there when I called they were able to provide with a name alex. Alex you have taught your team very well they did fabulous. I was not able to get a names on who was working that day but they were great. Customer service was great when I came in they were very kind and friendly and even asked how my day was going. They also listen to asking about my sandwhich being a certain way and provided that. Such great quality workers and customer service I am very happy to say this group of individuals are doing amazing and I feel deserve such great raises and I will definitely be a continue customer here!! Thanks and have a great day!

This location was my go to for delivery every Friday for years from the Renton Landing. Unfortunately they resorted to using Uber due to lack of driver reliability I'm told. I have had hiccups along the way with Jimmy's but they had always been great at any resolution

Over the past few months one Uber delivery driver said she delivered my food and did not. When I texted her she turned on automatic reply. I contacted Uber. 3 1/2 hours later my camera caught her creeping up and leaving my food. GROSS.

The next several orders were fine either by Jimmy's or Uber.

I ordered again and again Uber delivery driver NEVER delivered my order at all but I received confirmation that it was and ghosted me
On both occasions I had to chat with Uber unsuccessfully with great frustration. There is no way to truly communicate with them.

While Jimmy's has canceled my orders it is still ultimately their establishment that uses this as as source. They asked that I contact Uber first and I did. Just a bit of concern for anyone ordering delivery. I will no longer be doing so

Unexpectedly fresh and fast.I know it's their motto, but that was exactly what I got after my visit.The place is located near the strip mall and it's convenient to get to and park.Their menu consists mostly of sandwiches but I went with a Caesar wrap.Imagine taking a Caesar salad and wrapping it. All the ingredients are fresh and the flavor combination works very well. I love the chunks of bread and sauce.Great service and the place is quite clean.

Asked for all the "freebies" on my sammich. Was told I couldn't have all the freebies. They are literally called "freebies" though. Why do businesses have to be so sheisty these days?

Ordered for delivery and they gave me a call back 30 min after my order stating that they did not have a delivery driver for the night. Wish they would’ve called sooner instead of waiting for an order that wasn’t going to be delivered.

Place should just be called mayonnaise plus. It should not be automatic on everything with out it saying. Which it doesn't. Mayo is listed on some sandwiches but not other but you'll still get it regardless. This should be listed. If you don't list something on a sandwich how can I know to leave it out. Very unhappy. Don't care how fast you are if you don't make the order correct

I needed to pick up a big catering order for a party this morning. When I arrived, no one was there. The location was completely closed without any notice and I had to drive across town to another location. Not dependable and very inconvenient.
