The guy tried but didn't do the best. He messed up my order and didn't even cut it the right amount. Sandwiches are undoubtedly the best ever as always.

Ordered for delivery and they gave me a call back 30 min after my order stating that they did not have a delivery driver for the night. Wish they would’ve called sooner instead of waiting for an order that wasn’t going to be delivered.

Place should just be called mayonnaise plus. It should not be automatic on everything with out it saying. Which it doesn't. Mayo is listed on some sandwiches but not other but you'll still get it regardless. This should be listed. If you don't list something on a sandwich how can I know to leave it out. Very unhappy. Don't care how fast you are if you don't make the order correct

I needed to pick up a big catering order for a party this morning. When I arrived, no one was there. The location was completely closed without any notice and I had to drive across town to another location. Not dependable and very inconvenient.

Was pretty disappointed with my order today. Got a sandwich for myself and my girlfriend. Customer service was lacking and on top of that they messed up my order. Usually have no issue with jimmy johns but today I was not satisfied with my meal.

Today I went in for lunch and noticed that no employees had their hair pulled back despite having long hair. I was also surprised to see a baby, presumably an employee's, just laying in a stroller off to the side. No one was interacting with the child it just was in the stroller in front of the counter near where the employees come in and out of the back. I waited a bit to see if someone would come from the bathroom to claim the child but no one did. It was an odd experience.

I came in earlier this week, and I noticed that no one was wearing a hair net. I stopped myself from ordering a sandwich because I was so grossed out. Additionally, there was an employee walking around in his sunglasses and making the sandwiches and I just felt that was unprofessional and gross.
I like Jimmy John's... but this was the first time I went to the one by the landing, the girl that took our order was rude, ruling her eyes, snickering, one thing... if you don't like your job find another one. The food was also made poorly. So i won't be going back to that location.

This is a very small location. Only a couple tables but it's in the Renton Landing where there are lots of outdoor spaces near the theater to sit. The food was good. I got a lettuce wrap that had ham, cheese and veggies all wrapped in large romaine leaves. My husband's Italian type sub was really good too. Only one less star bc they asked if we wanted sweet banana peppers but they put hot jalapeños on it. Pretty easy to pick out but there were lots of them so kinda had to dig around to find them.
