One of the few places I eat inside. We love this place. Maybe cause you can throw peanuts at each other. Food is always good. We wish they would bring back the fried potato things with sour cream appetizer. Those were amazing. The fresh bread and butter. Sheesh you can get full before the main food arrives.

Have not been to Jimmy Mac's in a few years and didn't know what to expect . Still nice inside, service was good, beer was ice cold and a barrel of peanuts waiting for you to dive in at the front door. I had the King of the Road salad. It was very good, mixed greens, red cabbage, celery,blue cheese crumbles,sugared pecans and toss with a wonderful dressing. What I loved it came all tossed together with ample amount of dressing ? I ordered the side salad size which is plenty filling. My husband had the Terriyaki burger. Burger was good but is served on a hub cap which makes it impossible to cut in half, with a side of Mac and cheese which was delicious. Oh yes ! We also had a order of onion rings which were hot, fresh and really good.

Time to update the inside. Looks old and cheap. Not the fun and lively place it once was. Felt like I was walking into an old out-of-date Sad tavern.
There was meat in the display that was turning blue and dark purple. I decided Not to order anything with meat after seeing that - chose a salad instead.
There could be a chance for the chain to revive themselves with some effort put forth. Doing nothing and letting the restaurants go down hill is their current demise. There was absolutely nothing for me to want to go back after my visit. If Jimmy Mac's were to attempt a come back I would try it again.

Food was delicious, and one serving could easily be shared for 2. Ribs were tender and favorable. The wings were great! Excellent fries! Service was slow.... mostly because staff had way to many tables to serve. Server was good and friendly. Atmosphere was nice but a little loud.

Picked for location as we are from the eastern U.S. Wow, we were lucky. Great food. Generous portions. Top notch friendly staff. Great atmosphere. Warm rolls & butter brought to every table. Good music piped in. We enjoyed the whole experience.
Jimmy Mac's gives you MASSIVE portions. The wait staff are pretty quick even when they're busy. Atmosphere is what you'd expect from a restuaraunt similar to Texas Roadhouse. Country music is typically played at the restaurant so keep that in mind when visiting. I personally don't mind that but some folks might. TVs are up on the walls and play live sports which I enjoyed. Whenever I'm in the Renton area Jimmy Mac's is my go-to spot!
Parking: I've never had trouble parking here. ADA parking is right in front of the building as well.
