Got here with my family m, ordered two regular Garlic Shrimp bowls and they gave me Large ones they basically did whatever they wanted, I also ordered two mango smoothies and what I don’t like is that you have to pay separately for the smoothies and the bowls! Also they were kind of in a bad mood and rude!! My kid wanted to sit down and eat there and all of sudden they tell us just so you know were about to close!! So my kid started crying cause he wanted to sit and eat sucks this is definitely my last time going back

You need to do something about the pigeons! The sidewalk is covered in bird crap, and pigeons are perched above your business - this needs to be cleaned up - work with Fred Meyer, or whoever owns the building - wire bird spike strips can be placed so the birds no longer perch there!

Came here in my lunch break after bad service at Kent Station. Was 2nd in line and waited 20 minutes for someone to take my order. One person was working, she was polite, but the only person working during lunch rush. As soon as it was my turn to order, 3 more orders got printed out and put in front of me… after waiting on multiple other pickup orders. I didn’t have time to wait, so I had to get back to work without food. I felt bad for the lady working… many people had been waiting in the restaurant for a long time, I knew it would be a while, she was quite overwhelmed.
I wrote a review before for poor service at Kent Station and Just Poke followed up with an email that was “undeliverable” when I tried to contact them. Now it appears they are understaffing, really tough cause this place used to have great food and great service… now they don’t seem to care.

Always fresh n yummy. I love getting a delicious protein bowl after a good work out. The portions are filling and well priced. There is a good selection of mix ins. Service is always friendly.
Server flustered...just had a big order and was by himself...The biggest problem I had was that when I asked for an item to be added to my bowl.... he stated there are no substitutions which meant to HIM ANY other items outside of the ingredents in my bowl would be an additional $1...I advised him that is not what subsitution means...I'm not subbing an item...I'm adding an item and its FREE!! the only items that are additional are the ones that STATE "+1"This is the smallest (portion) poke bowl i've ever had

I went in hoping to get some poke at about 4pm on a Thursday. Not an employee in sight. The place was dead quiet other than 2 other customers eating at a table. I waited around, started looking through to see if someone was in the back, but didn't see or hear anyone. After waiting around for a bit I left. It's one thing to have bad customer service, but it's a whole new level to not have any customer service. Why even be open if there's no employees? Shameful.

I used to love getting food from here, but this will be a criticism of someone new who works there. The new blue-haired lady is unreliable to produce quality food and drinks. I love ordering from anyone else who works there, but the blue-haired lady has made unsatisfactory boba drinks and poke bowls. Often the orders will be made wrong, bowls will have too much rice, mango when I asked for no mango, barely any sauce, barely any proteins.I am very disappointed that I had to make this review but I have been let down by this place which I used to love.

This is one of my favorite poké spots. Short of making it myself, this is my go-to. Delicious, high quality fish with all the fixings you could ask for. The helping of fish is ample and consistent. This place also doubles as a boba shop! Can't recommend enough for my poké fans out there. Try the house shōyu and dynamite combo for your bowl 🔥
Parking: It's in a mall, so there is always parking right out front any time of day.
Kid-friendliness: Quiet, but limited seating.
Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair ramps from the parking lot and level entrance to the restaurant.
