I came around 3 PM on the day of the $10 Salmon Signature Bowl deal. I tried to order the Seared Salmon Bowl, but they said it was out of stock and offered the Torch Salmon Bowl instead for $17. I was confused and felt a bit scammed since it seemed like the same concept… but I’m not an employee so I don’t know how different they really are. In the end, I decided to go to a different location.

I loved the variety of the food,portions, and mostly the services, very kind and pleasant, and very clean indeed. I would go again next time when I visit Seattle, and also parking is really convenient. I really recommend this place.

Ordered from site and said it was ready. But arrived to them not even had it made. /: guess I get to watch them make it.

I understand I came in on a Friday but all I ordered was one Açaí bowl, had to wait over half an hour and watch everyone else who came after me (15 people) order and get their food before staff bothered to even grab the bowl mix from the freezer to start making my bowl.

I had never been before and was a little overwhelmed. The staff at the counter were very patient and helpful. The bowl I ended up with was absolutely delicious.

I love the food here. Several times I have order extra stuff when I order online when it is delivered or pickup it’s not there. Also when I go in I get ignored a lot. Food is worth the frustration just double check your order.

I understand it's kind of petty of a review. But the fact that the establishment does not take cash is a bit absurd. This is America not China how can I not go somewhere and pay cash for food or services. So I will go somewhere else

The food was fine, but my rating reflects the unacceptable behavior of one of the employees. My niece ordered and requested her meal without rice. When the order came out incorrectly, she politely asked the next available employee if it could be remade and explained the situation.

The employee, who had made the food, overheard the conversation and came over, and raised her voice at my niece. I couldn’t hear everything my niece said, but it was clear she simply wanted a refund at that point. I was seated directly across from the food counter, and I clearly heard the employee shout, with the bowl of food in the air, “It’s not that hard, I can remake it.”

The entire situation was extremely uncomfortable and unprofessional.

They do accept legal tender here, so if you come with cash you can expect to be turned away. I have always love their service and food here but I really have a hard time supporting businesses that do not accept legal tender.

Every time I order ahead from the official app it is never ready by the pickup time. Today it wasn’t ready so I sat to wait and the girl working took other peoples order even though I had ordered almost 40 minutes before and I was in the restaurant waiting for almost 15 minutes already.

Service is very disorganized. Not coming back here again.

I’ve been ordering from here for years and it’s always been hit or miss but this might just be my last time. Maybe it’s because I order off third party delivery apps so the staff care less about it or something but they always ignore my order notes, this time I asked for extra sauce and utensils, I don’t think I’ve ever received utensils from them despite asking for them every time. The quantity just continues to get worse and worse, I ordered a large bowl with three servings of salmon and it looked like one serving (I order the same thing every time and the quantity is NEVER consistent, just keeps getting smaller and smaller despite prices going up). Unfortunately it has reached the point where I have to actually write a review because this quality of food and service with these prices is just ridiculous. There was like one drop of sauce even though I asked for extra which left the meal dry and bland, even the scoop of crab is a joke and I paid for an extra scoop which was depressingly small. Honestly feels like a prank every time I order from this place. It’s my fault for always giving them a chance though (unfortunately the location is very convenient for me). Anyone got any other poké restaurant recommendations?
