Was…WAS! About to order the turkey special, but after reading the reviews I decided to bake my own turkey and not even planing to stop for some fried chicken . Sadly my to go location (KFC 10433 Southeast Carr Road )just closed. Chicken always tasted good at that location

I live literally 1 min away... this is trash, not a ounce of crisp to this. Just super oil soaked chicken. It's hot still at least since I live so close. But this is pure trash. Every piece of chicken is soaked and soggy.

I've been eating KFC for many years... It is my number one go to comfort food. It just reminds me of family... And that makes me very happy.
The staff didn't speak English, and the manager was absolutely no help. Instead of helping her employees, she sat in the dining area on her cell phone. Worthless.

Horrible service asked for a frosty mug, said they have and then they did not after I paid extra for it. Told the guy in front of me his food would take 35 minutes. If you can’t do mobile orders then don’t. Kitchen was slammed with orders they couldn’t make

My first 1 or two times through were good and this became a favorite during my pregnancy. But the last 3 times about everytime they mess my order up. Either it's missing something or just getting the order wrong. This last time we went we asked for 2 normal chicken sandwiches one with no pickles. Well they got no pickles correct but made it spicy chicken. Normally I love spicy foods but im breastfeeding my baby and I cant have spicy food otherwise it messes with her GI track. Officially done coming here to overpay for incorrect mediocre food
