I went here on thursday December 4th 2025 and the food was really good. Also the two guys working at the drive thru window named Brandon and Daniel had great customer service! Whoever trained them did a great job they are so nice to their customers thank you guys

We placed an order at this KFC around 10:30 PM, and employees Cruz and Marielys were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The spicy chicken wings were also delicious. We’ll definitely come back to order again! 🍗✨

Cruz, Brendan, and Manuel are truly the pillars of this KFC. I recently moved to Renton, and I don’t usually like going to different fast-food spots—I prefer familiar faces and consistent service. These guys made me feel right at home from day one.
Any time there’s been an issue, like certain items being out of stock, they’ve gone above and beyond to fix it—making substitutions and even throwing in extra food to make sure we’re satisfied. They don’t care about anything other than customer satisfaction, and it genuinely shows.
I live in Fairwood and will still drive out of my way just to come to this location because the service is that exceptional. I recommend this KFC to everyone I know. If I could buy the franchise myself, I’d personally promote these three fine gentlemen.

Terrible customer service, inconsistent, and they close early, so if you order online you’re just out of luck. What’s the point in having photos of meals if the photo doesn’t match the meal that we order. Y’all are wayyyyyy to expensive for shit not to match, to close early & tell customers to figure it out w/o the option to cancel the order simply. Y’all raised prices but not portions….I just can’t… never again. Twice at this location with some bs.
