If you’re going to close at 10:20pm then change your hours to stop saying you close at 11pm!! Louis should not be the only person on night shift. Ordered pick up door dash at 10:20pm and I get to store he says they ran out of chicken and it’s only been 3 people ordering all night so he is closing early?? Very unprofessional

Was…WAS! About to order the turkey special, but after reading the reviews I decided to bake my own turkey and not even planing to stop for some fried chicken . Sadly my to go location (KFC 10433 Southeast Carr Road )just closed. Chicken always tasted good at that location

I live literally 1 min away... this is trash, not a ounce of crisp to this. Just super oil soaked chicken. It's hot still at least since I live so close. But this is pure trash. Every piece of chicken is soaked and soggy.
