Good good and friendly service, but primarily a take-out scenario. There are a few tables and chairs but that's not what the place is about.

The portions are huge and the food is very good. The wait is maybe 10 minutes and it was busy. Worth the value. I had the BBQ mix

Good local kine food, just like the L&Ls in Hawaii. Chicken Katsu plate was perfect. They even had malasadas. Not as good as Leonard's obviously, but probably the best I've had outside Hawaii.

Everyone was nice but the food was lackluster. The breading on the chicken tasted like old oil, and the quality of the meat was dubious at best. Everything had a greasy taste to it. Unfortunate for L and L because normally everything is a hit. Maybe its just this location.

Picked up a large catering order from this restaurant; everything was hot and fresh, delicious and well received by our guests. Ate the leftovers for three days and enjoyed every minute of it.

I always get teriyaki chicken with Kailua pork but that wasn't an option. Instead I ended up with Kailua pork mixed with cabbage with some wrapped up dry pork meat that wasn't really edible. You fill up on rice and macaroni salad but for $20 I wasn't impressed. Little of what I wanted lots of filler. Won't be going back. :'(
