yesterday On the 6th, at 12:04 PM, I visited there and ordered a coffee. A young woman working there treated me in an extremely rude and inappropriate manner as soon as she realized that I was not fluent in English. Despite her behavior, I chose to remain calm and left the café. However today I discovered that $88.85 was stolen from my account, and it appears she used my money to order food for herself. This is an unacceptable act of theft and a breach of trust in business. I strongly caution others against purchasing from this location, as your bank cards are not secure, and there is a risk of your money being stolen.

I have no problem with bikini baristas- but I do have a problem with theft. I bought a 32 oz frozen drink for $13.75. I tipped a dollar since the barista barely spoke a word to me and seemed pretty irritated.
After the charge cleared- I realized I was charged $23.75 for one drink. I called Ladybug multiple times and could not reach anyone.
I decided to just drive through to see if someone could clarify the cost. The barista this time was super friendly until I mentioned I was concerned about a charge. Her demeanor shifted cold, and she told me it was my bank's problem. She also mentioned I could "take it up with the barista I saw", but when I mentioned when I came to try and figure out who it was- she said she "doesn't know who works weekends".
The drink wasn't even that good. Scammy as all get out.

I absolutely love this place. There’s a blonde that usually works there on Friday mornings and she is amazing, customer service to its finest and makes good convo with you while you’re waiting for your coffee to be made. Ppl complain about tipping too much on here but really guys, us men should be tipping a lot more to these beautiful women, look at what they’re doing for us!

This place had decent cup of coffee and of course the perk or the draw rather was to see girls in scatly clad dress but when we went there all i saw was a girl in a bikini. Nothing shocking as it was hyped up to be. You could see the same thing on the beaches in California. Still it was fun to atleast say i visited this small shack and the barista was nice enough to pose for the picture holding my cappuccino... It was a nice chuckle for sure. Take a visit.

The coffee is about the same as that one coffee chain that's hell bent on taking over the world... BUT they got one up on corporate coffee chains...No no no, they aren't unionized as far as I know, but the baristas are all beautiful women wearing VERY little.So if you need caffeine and appreciate the female body, or are just a lonely old man (or woman, they, it, fire salamander, or any other non binary gender you identify as) then you should probably stop what your doing and go to the nearest ladybug Espresso
Yeah. So I just picked up my chick fil a and then stopped by the Ladybug Espresso, order my drink and she's super quiet. I told her she's a lot quieter today than she was the other day. She says "well you tipped me $2 so I don't know what there is to talk about" then handed me my drink and the bill. I tipped $2 again which is 20% btw and she looks at it and says "don't come here again while I'm working". So I'm gonna go tomorrow and tip $1 for poor attitude.
