I ordered my food ahead of time on the app, and I still had to wait 20 minutes past the latest time my food would be ready. I guess they were getting slammed with orders all at once. It's not the people's fault that were working. Maybe have more people working at busy times

I do part-time DoorDash, and I usually come here to pick up orders. There are two young ladies at the cashier. For some reason, the younger lady decided to be mean to me, even the last two times I came here to buy myself a pizza! However, the older one (I don't mean it in a bad way) is always friendly and nice to me. Good luck to the nice young lady and bad luck to the younger one! ?

Wife ordered, I went to pick up. While waiting I clicked the track order link and was told in big, red, fascist type and symbols: YOU ARE BLOCKED. It is because you're using those dull tools, cloudflare, who have a vendetta against vpn.So YOU are blocked, this is my first and last order from you.Plus, the order was late, the pizzas were cut when we ordered uncut.Update: Thought I got shorted a sauce, I was wrong, manager was *excellent. Raising rating to 3 stars despite fascist website.

Came in to pick up my order and a worker was holding a cat in the back where pizzas are prepared. This is downright disgusting and very unsanitary, especially for people who are allergic to cats.

This place used to be complete garbage but has really turned around under the new ownership. I am a large pizza guy, in physical size, favorite pizza size, and my love of pizza. The pizza crust is crispy and the toppings were *chef's kiss. Cheap and Easy. Definately a must!

It seems this place is under new management or ownership. I hadn't been in there for a year or so and just went. I was helped by Avleen(I think?) and she was amazingly friendly and helpful. Service was great. Pizza reminded me of why I like LC- crispy crust with just the right amount of chewiness/softness, fresh....yum. There's a lot of pride in ownership here, seems like a family run location. Much better than before. I'm glad I stopped by. And my kids were too; it was the perfect dinner for post soccer practice! I'll post pics next time if I can catch one before my kiddos scarf it down hahaha.

2 min before they closed today and the gentleman and the young lady were super patient and helpful… definitely deserved this review from a customer that was from out of town ?
So I’ve ordered a large pretzel crust with pizza sauce 3 different times now over the past 2 months. The first time it actually had pretzel crust. The last 2 times it’s just been the regular pizza crust with the bigger chunks of salt thrown on top. Is it laziness or are the stores actually out?

Great pizza!! The prices are amazing. Such a deal!!! I love love the taste of the crazy sauce yummy marinara. The pizza portal is great at keeping the pizza warm when I go for in person pick up. Highly recommend!!!

Literally the worst service I've ever received. I've worked at pizza places and customer service my whole life but this place is the worst. We tried to use an online coupon but the app was down and said to call the store to place an order. We tried for 30 minutes then finally called the store to place an order. The person who answered the phone said that's not possible and I explained that today is the only day that our coupon was good for. They said to try the app again in 10 minutes. I asked if it didn't work could I call back and place an order for delivery or pick up over the phone, because the online ordering had stopped by that time on previous days. They close at 9 and this store stopped accepting orders at 8:15. They said yes. The app didn't work so I called back. They said there was nothing they could do because of the coupon. So, I asked to place a phone order without the coupon because at this point we're just hungry and about an hour into the process of trying to get pizzas. They said, no, they won't take any phone orders at 8:20 because they are too busy. Moreover they told me it's not possible that website said to call to place an order. Picture is attached.We've done thousands of dollars in orders so far this year between my job and home. They clearly just didn't want to take more orders while busy, which I get as someone who used to close but they could have been honest and said they're beyond capacity or something. Will never go back.
