I was really hoping having "deli" on the sign meant I could get a great sandwich. Even tho that wasn't the case, my bagel and coffee were good, employees were kind and helpful, and this is a great spot to stop on my way to Crystal!

Dishonest about cost of product- I was told my mocha was $5 and then a server took my credit card. She handed my card back without my receipt. I asked for my receipt. She reluctantly went and printed it out. I read it $7.25 and confronted her about the discrepancy . She said there is a two dollar fee to use a card. I pointed out she should have told me because I had cash. Also I wouldn't have used a card because I can't afford to pay $2 every time I need to buy something. She said sorry but she didn't offer to fix the situation. This isn't an honest way to serve customers.

Iced latte was excellent. I just wanted 4 shots over ice with whole milk. It was perfect and delicious. My only issue was the bagel with cream cheese i I ordered wasn't toasted so I ate a bite and didn't finish it cause it was sad other than that no bad words can be spoken. Coffee was strong and made quickly. It got my thru a very long Friday.
