Eaten here before; had good service, but not today. Food was okay; service was terrible. No drinks offered; 4 of 5 televisions not captioned. Requested captioning for tv near us. They changed channel, didn’t caption, gave me remote that didn’t work. Bar area got service, but not us at table. Won’t be back.

What an incredible dining experience! The cost is very reasonable and the staff are always very well groomed and courteous. I had a simple burrito platter with red sauce and a real sugar Coke from an old school long neck glass bottle. I was very impressed with the food. Every ingredient was as fresh as it could be and each ingredient was seasoned and prepared to perfection. I'm a huge fan of Mexican food and this is the best Mexican restaurant I've ever been to. The restaurant's interior is traditionally stylized and authenticates the dining experience making the memory one of a kind. There is a lot of room to serve large gatherings and private booths too.I highly recommend going out of your way to try Mazatlan's.

Went into the bar last night for dinner and drinks with my husband my daughter and her boyfriend. We sat in a booth and we were the only customers except about 5 people sitting up at the bar. The music was loud but not too bad. It was about 10 minutes before one of the people sitting at the bar went and got us a waitress. She was horrible! Terrible service and she never checked on us once after serving us dinner. It would have been nice to have another drink or more salsa but her and one other waitress were too busy entertaining the people sitting up at the bar! They turned the music up so loud we had to yell to be heard. Our bill was 100.00 dollars and we left NO TIP! Hopefully they will get the message!

Came here many times but this time the food wasn't it, they forgot to order one of my meals, and then the drinks tasted like syrup, they didn't even bring us any water
Tried this place a few times. Bartender messed up all 3 my drinks on the different occasions. "I don't drink, so idk". I think they don't allow her to use Google to look up recipes. Gave up amd asked for water and she gave me a dirty crusty cup. Not her fault unless she does dishes. Everyone is very nice though, so I'll stick with bottled beer if I go again

Me and Mr. enjoy Mazatlan. It's laid back, great food, and very good margaritas. Mr gets the Hot Margaritas ? and I love Strawberry ?.

Food was adequate. There spinach enchilada was surprisingly good. Cooks and servers where not equipped to deal with an allergy and kept changing the answers to what was possible. Server was friendly enough but kept putting scalding hot plates next to a 19 month old.as well as drinks .
