Food was decent but the woman at the counter told us to use the kiosk while we were deciding. Then persisted to ring up the gentleman who came in after. We got our food about 7 minutes after ordering and told drinks were coming. After eating I went up and waited for our drinks. She asked what I was waiting for so I told her. The drinks were sitting to the side behind their counter.

Ordered food, got to the windows and staff asked what food we ordered, looked in the bag and still gave us the wrong food. Refused to make food we ordered after seeing the receipt and threatened to call the police when we insisted on a refund.
Went to the other McDoablds on Grady Way and the same food was $3 cheaper. This place is lying about prices and refusing to provide service.

I ordered two breakfast sandwiches. The deal was buy one get Ada on another one for a dollar. I was charged full price for both. I think you should retrain your staff with a little bit better customer service. And on one sandwich they messed up the order and I added egg to mine but did not get it
I’ll eat the food when they eliminate preservatives and artificial stuff. So never…

Everytime I come here they never get my order right. And anytime I ask for my food fresh it is never fresh they flash fry everything my fries my chicken patties my hamburger patties my cookies. They also are rude when I come to get my food remade. Where is the mgmt for this restaurant they have been like this for the past year or so and I’m tired of it. I will have to trade convenience for peace and start going further away from my home because everytime I go here I have to go home and come back anyways because my order was incorrect. Tired of the laziness hire a new staff PLEASE
