90% of the time I order the steak and cheese bagel from here, I receive a normal hamburger patty instead of the steak patty. It's always crispy burnt they somehow never seem to fill the coffee cup to where its supposed to be. It's always barley over halfway for regular coffees

Possibly one of the slowest McDonald’s out there. They prioritize the drive-thru customers to the detriment of the in-store customers. I waited over 20 minutes to get my order whilst the line of cars moved at a steady pace.

I dont bother ordering anything complicated like a full meal. So I order two things of fries, they don't have any ready at the window, and I have to wait in my car for 10 minutes. What's the point of having a drive through?
Edit: It took 25 minutes before I got my fries.

Yeah I was there today I was kind of stumped though you know everything seemed to be normal except I didn't get 1 pickle on my burger I didn't get 1 and I asked for for extra so Yeah you're a pickle fan don't expect pickle here. Why do you wanna Why why do you wanna pick on pickles What's your issue with pickles

Parking: It's really not that good for non It's really not that good for non handicapped people if you If you don't wanna park far away there's not that many spaces and it seems really busy all the time so might be tough to find a close parking spot

I don’t normally leave a review but everyone should be warned . This location is not managed well and the food is generally “ luke warm at best” , even when it’s slow . Fry’s are never full and always cold. I’ll leave a pic from this location as an example. And the drive through cashiers like to slam the sliding window before you can ask for anything. This is why I drive to the benson hill location now.
Found a hair in my French fry’s and I am disgusted. Never going back to this location until it’s under new management smh

This time my nuggets were actually burnt. All my children's nuggets were burnt. There were 6 of us dinning in and when I asked for ketchup they gave me 3 packets for 6 people. The dinning floor was very sticky and slippery. It's quiet at least.

Came in yesterday and I got my son a Happy Meal. Tastes like you guys need to change your oil in the deep fryers because having a few of his fries usually slaps but it was gross. My son didn't even eat a handful of those fries. He didn't like them either and he usually eats them all. The people working didn't even put a toy in his meal... that's the whole point of getting a Happy Meal. Smh we good in the future we'll go somewhere else after shopping.
