This place is soooo bad. Everytime I come here, I have food that is always missing. I pay fot extra sauce and they never put it in the bag. Workers have a nasty attitude when you tell them food is missing that YOU paid for and its never busy there. So I am not sure why the funky attitudes. I chose to go in today and order. Didn't put my hot mustard in the bag. Walked up to the counter with my bag and proceeded to show him that it was missing. He throws ranch and ketchup in the bag. I finally said whatever and just walked out.

DO NOT EAT FROM HERE. THE KID FILLING YOUR BAG IS NOT FOLLOWING THE HEALTH CODE AND WILL EAT FOOD FROM YOUR ORDER. (Order was taken about a quarter after 9:15pm).
As they were filling my bag, an employee with bedazzled stiletto finger nails, with messy hair decided it would be a good idea to eat fries from bag. Manager corrected by giving me replacement food, but did NOT seem bothered.
Point being, you can't eat from a restaurant where employees eat the customers food or eat while serving customers food. And those nails are very likely a serious code violation, make me question whether or not they wash their hands or follow basic food handling practives.
I will be reaching out to King County Health department. That's gross.

Everytime I come here almost everything is sold out, last time I waited around 15 minutes for a happy meal. Today I came and when I opened my bag I was missing a whole large fry and a large water. Someone also had the same problem of missing a McChicken at the same time.

Boyfriend went to pick up my order that I ordered at 10:23 pm 12/07/2025, waited over 35 MINUTES for 20 nuggets and 2 medium fries. When he received them they were cold to the touch as if they’d been sitting in a counter since I ordered them. I called McDonald’s as I’m not with him and the lady that answered said “Rachel” was the only manager in the store at the time and she would have to get her. A man ended up getting on the phone and when I tell him it’s ridiculous my food took over 35 minutes to come out cold, HE DOESNT EVEN RESPOND until I tell him my boyfriend is bringing it back in to be remade and I SURE HOPE it doesn’t take 35 minutes again to get COLD FOOD. No apologies for the wait, no apologies for the food being cold, and no care in the world that a customer is unhappy after spending their hard earned money with this company. Will not be returning to this location even though I live A block away as the convenience of fast food DOESNT EXIST here

One of the slowest places I’ve ever been at waited over 30 min just to get one car done this is horrible I’m a DoorDash driver and we do deliveries for $5 so I just made $5 a hour will never pick up here again

The ice cream machines are not working again with no estimated timeframe for repair and I got to find this out once I was already in the drive thru line. FYI, this is my 2nd 1 star review for this location. My previous 1 star review several months ago was for a horrible filet-o-fish. It's hard for me to understand why McDonalds in other countries have none of these problems.
