HORRIBLE - this particular McDs fails epically in the drive-thru! Consistently incorrect orders and when I finally broke down and called them to address the situation, the employee asked the manager what to do and the manager told the employee, "I don't have time to deal with this! Just hang up on them!" He paused, then the line disconnected.

This was by FAR the WORST customer service I have ever received. I made an order through uber eats and they forgot all my sauce, my kids toys, and the fries we got weren’t even full. When I went back to explain to them what they forgot, they said I needed to go through uber eats. I understand what the lady was saying but she was denying to remake my order. She kept saying it was Ubers fault that they forgot the items that I ordered. Can’t believe how unprofessional and rude they were to me. I’ve been to many McDonalds and any time they forgot something they ALWAYS replaced my meal and were very nice about it. This place needs a new manager!!! Not to mention she was hostile and not friendly AT ALL
