Dear corporate McDonald's, how hard is it to change a digital menu in the Drive-Thru to reflect current prices? And how hard is it for the drive-thru employee to explain that the prices aren't accurate and that's why it seems like the taxes are being overcharged, instead of just saying I don't make up the prices? How hard is it to teach an employee with a thick accent to slow down in their speech in order to be understood? Apparently all these things are really hard at this location.

I'd love to rate the food I ordered but first they ring me up for the wrong thing, then when I get my receipt amd say this was the wrong thing, they said they asked me if it was right I said now, you asked if I want anything else. I said **steak** you repeated steak and rang me up for bacon. Then his manager goes to fix it she brings me bacon. At this point we were running late waiting for two wrong orders and had to leave. Normally I don't do these reviews, but this had happened three times at that location so don't expect to get what you ordered unleyou have 20 minutes and wanna be argued with.

I go there everyday and coffee has a burnt and bitter taste. Attention to detail lacks. When there is a problem with the mobile app it’s difficult for the manager and staff to find the solution so the customers get treated poorly and told we have no control over the app. So basically the customers lose out of their money. It seems like the manager and staff are only concerned about the drive thru time so every car gets parked and wait time is horrible.

Dog water McDonald’s corporate needs to handle their franchise's, rude guy at the window slammed the window in my face because I asked for proof that a number 7 is 36 bucks ? I laughed and said show me and he slammed the window in my face, tried to call but voicemail is full and based on the other reviews I’ve seen that’s because the managers don’t wanna communicate anything and the franchise owner should be ashamed of Himself to have a franchise ran like dog water will never go to that McDonald’s again we’ll go To the one that is slightly further away from my house

I ordered a big Mac and a quarter pounder with cheese. when I got back home neither one of them was warm. I'm glad I don't live by this McDonald's because I'll never eat at this McDonald's again in Issaquah.
