Amazing place to go get food for lunch or late lunch the workers are friendly but are under a lot of pressure to make and get and serve food I've never had a order messed up and after the update it's better than before and I recommend going there if your in the area.

Shrinkflation is definitely being used here. Consistently large fries are filled half full. If he go to the other McDonald's and the Highlands or the Newcastle McDonald's you get what you actually pay for.

I'm a big believer that you have to scale your expectations based on how much you're paying. Regardless, the times I go through the drive-thru it has been quick. Going inside it was clean and the kids play place looks fun if I were a kid again. My only gripe is if you were wanting to speak to someone, at least during the dinner rush then you are going to have to flag someone down. I am perfectly content ordering off the self serve kiosk but I spilled my drink on the way out and wanted to let someone know before leaving so it would not continue to be a hazard. I'll knock off a single star on service for that but that won't make me pick another McDonald's over this one.

It is usually a long wait in the drive-thru so this time I went inside, the only way to order is to navigate a confusing menu, taking you 5X longer than just asking for it at the counter. They've lost the idea of customer service.
