Ah, the drive-thru experience at this McDonald's—a true test of one's flexibility and arm length. I can only assume the employees are engaged in some sort of competition to see just how little effort they can exert while handing customers their food. Spoiler alert: They’re winning.
Instead of a simple handoff, I’m left awkwardly stretching out of my car window like I’m competing in some Olympic-level reaching event. At this point, I half expect them to just drop the bag on the ground and see if I’ll fetch it. Maybe next time, I should bring one of those grabber tools just to keep things interesting.
If you enjoy a fast food experience that doubles as a physical challenge, this is the place for you. Otherwise, prepare for an impromptu workout just to retrieve your fries.

When I picked up my meal at the drive thru I was given the wrong drink. I noticed it and let the person working the drive thru window know, but he refused to make the correct drink, saying, "because then I'd have to make another one."
Like, ???
He can reuse the same cup. All that's needed is to pour out the contents and refill it with the correct liquid. But apparently this is a bridge too far in regards to correcting a mistake that they made.
This person was hired presumably over other candidates and obviously had some kind of training, so this failure is not just the failure of that one employee, but of the hiring and training manager as well. This is a reflection of this location as a whole.
I can only assume that in the coming months, this employee will either learn his job, or make enough mistakes to have his employment terminated, and so, for the next few months I will be avoiding this location.
I used to come here 5-6 days a week.

Staff is friendly and helpful and will always try to make things right if there is a mistake. Unfortunately, I've had a couple of mishaps here in receiving the wrong order which is why I'm giving 4/5 stars.
Slow service broken machines understaffed. They have nobody working the front registers. They use electronic kiosks to order. OK, fine. But the kiosk printers weren't working, so nobody knew their number because it only prints it on the receipt. Even after telling the staff, they didn't fix the kiosks, and continued to call out numbers to a lobby full of people who didn't know their numbers.
The drive through was packed which is the only reason I went inside. In there, they have "no loitering" signs all over the place, the inside drink machines are gone, and the tables were filthy.
