MISSING MCCRISPY!!!! & OVERPRICED
We ordered in the little kiosk self order for two people to eat, total came to 30 WHOLE DOLLARS, and one of the meals was a happy meal too. Then we get the meal, leave, and THERE IS NO MCCRISPY, THE MCCRISPY THAT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE IN THERE WAS GONE. A loss of 6 and a half dollars, WHICH IS A LOT FOR FAST FOOD. Then we eat the food that is there, and the quality of the food is subpar and floppy. STILL NO MCCRISPY, HAD TO EAT SOMETHING ELSE BECAUSE I DON'T WANT TO COME BACK TO THIS MCDONALDS, THE MACHINE ALSO DIDNT DISPENSE A RECIEPT, SO WE COULDNT REALLY COME BACK AND COMPLAIN!!!!! ESPECIALLY AFTER A LONG WAIT FOR SUPPOSEDLY *FAST* FOOD!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ordered a Mocha Frappe to go and got very good service in record time! However, the atmosphere there seemed a little claustrophobic for some strange reason. The dining area just seemed smaller than other locations I've been to.

Convenient location just off the highway, and clean and apparently new facilities.
Group of family didn't get the full meal. Missing food 4 pieace nugget for 3. Online order payment inlcudes sauce and in-store sauce payment is extra step and doesn't match. Gotten 1 sauce before in counter orders. Now can't get a sauce for my large fry and 2 burgers.

Ordered mobile pick up for quick service. Got the order wrong twice. Had to wait and then came back inside for correction. Whats the point of quick mobile order if it took 20minutes to get everything right?

I’m not sure why I have came here 3 times because they have been overly rude 3 TIMES. She sighed the whole time I was making my order. They never get the order right even when the screen says it. Refuse to let you speak to a manager. This McDonalds has the worst customer service. Ignores customers at drive through with asks for items and messes up my order

never wrote a review in my whole life until today, bought food for my family, order went through, as i walk to the door she locks it. I go through the drive thru and get ignored. Didn’t even have the decency to talk to me. Couldn’t cancel bc it was a counter order and i have no idea how to get a refund. store says open on the app, online, and on their new years hours. I literally just got robbed, please never come here
