I had an order that was supposed be ready at 7:43PM and it was not ready until 8:00PM. Whenever I walked in, no one acknowledged me for the first 5 mins. Finally whenever my name was called, they didnt hand me my drink I had already paid for. The girl giving me my pizza said I could grab it from the cash register which... ok... so you want me to reach behind the counter??? The lady standing around doing nothing asked if I needed help and I said yes can I get my drink. She said ok which one would you like? And I said oh, I already paid for it and she proceeded to hand me the smaller drink and I had to say oh actually isn't there a bigger size? And she finally gave me the appropriate drink I paid for.

This location is in desperate need of management. The staff appears to be working hard, but can't juggle online orders and in person demand. I submitted feedback directly to the store in the past because the beverage dispensers were empty several hours before closing in a Sunday. I'm here waiting for an online order, and it appears they didn't fill them today at all. 🤷 So instead of marrionberry lemonade i was willing to pay for, I'm stuck with soda i don't even want. We were hungry while at a nearby store. We're about to give up on the pizza and go home and open a can of soup. We're still hungry waiting here...

little /just few flakes of cheese on kids cheese pizza and crust burnt. Had brown hair on my veggie pizza. Online orders are not prepared with much attention. This is our second time we ordered online here.however in store pizza are really good

This is one of the most amazing locations Olive, Christian, & Zoi are beyond friendly. They are always smiling and bringing great energy. The store is clean. I can tell they take pride in their jobs. Love this location and the team.

Nice staff and good food. The only complaint I have is that the drink machines are very noisy, making it difficult to have conversations in the dining area.

I typically never have any issues woth MOD pizza b this experience was so horrible I had to write a review. I put my order in and got there about 15 minutes after and they said it wasn’t ready yet. I understood bc it was a rush but after sitting there for 40 minutes they had just put it in the oven. There’s were at least 20 people who came in after me and put in orders with a lot of stuff on their pizzas and even multiple pizzas and they got theirs in no time and when I finally got my pizza it was burnt.
