I recently changed my diet to vegan, due to health issues. Decided to try their version of vegan pizza. All I have to say is - LOVED IT! The only thing I would change next time. More veggies and less plant based cheese. Thank you MOD pizza.

I usually have a great experience at MOD Pizza, but my recent visit was disappointing. The lady with pink hair didn’t provide the level of service I’ve come to expect. She simply wrote down my order instead of walking me through the line and engaging with me during the pizza-making process, which is something I normally appreciate. On top of that, the pizza itself had noticeably fewer toppings than usual, which made it feel like a lower-quality experience overall. I hope this was just an off day, as MOD is typically one of my go-to spots.

The pizza dough doesn't have the right flavor to it, and actually has a kind of over-processed chemical aftertaste to it. The cheese also wasn't very good. I'll say this though, the people working there are very nice, and very helpful - no complaints about them at all. I just think the ingredients they're having to work with aren't the best.
