I've been eyeing this place since they opened. Finally had the opportunity to check it out. My wife and I ordered 6 items for take out. The fish for all the rolls were fresh and everything was tasty! I took a look at the interior when I picked up my food and man... it looks like a fancy sushi restaurant in Seattle! I'm a big fan and we'll be returning soon!!! Someone complained about them being "overpriced" they're probably used to eating gas station sushi for 4.99. the price for their food is very fair and it's 100Xs fresher. Don't listen to those clowns.

So happy to have a nice sushi restaurant at The Landing now! We've been here 3-4 times already. The service has always been great. Great food quality and lots of selections! Love the complimentary miso soups! Nice decor.

First time coming here for lunch; the service was wonderful & tend to their customers while everyone eats at their leisure to enjoy the overall experience of the restaurant. The ambiance was modern & welcoming; their food was presented so well & appealing visually as well as its taste! Hope to be back again soon

I would say this place is ok. Not the best and not the worst. If you are into neutral taste then this place is for you. For example if you like your sushi rolls rice to be seasoned, this place serves it unseasoned. Our yellowtail collar was definitely over cooked and tough, and the fish in the rolls were also very dry. I'm sure the sashimi/raw items will be better. Maybe I'll come back to try and hopefully have a better experience. Ambiance is pretty, but it was super dead on a Saturday. The food had a nice presentation. Service was a little strange, although it was so dead in the dining area the server seemed very rushed. It was definitely not a relaxing experience.

This place is one of the best sushi restaurants I have been to. The first time, I felt the need to wear fancy clothes. The luxury feeling of the atmosphere and the service. Food is amazing, and the portion matches the price you pay. The beef bowl was bigger than we thought it was. The pork tonkatsu and the chicken tonkatsu came with two slabs and little pasta and rice and salad.we got the crunch roll, and the Lion king roll and the Dragon roll those are worth trying. Overall, it was an amazing experience. I definitely must eat here if in the mood for sushi in Renton.

The service was good and the interior was modern and upscale. I'd give each 4 stars. The warm oshibori (towel) was also a nice touch. The appetizers we tried were decently sized and quite tasty, especially the tuna tataki. Also the freshness and quality of the fish/proteins used on the sushi was solid. So why the 3 rating? This may seem a bit harsh, but since this is a sushi restaurant and one of the key benchmarks to a great sushi restaurant is the quality of its nigiri, it's the nigiri that let us down, specifically the unseasoned or very lightly seasoned rice. In a roll, this might not be as noticeable and with sashimi a non-issue, but in nigiri it is problematic as a great nigiri is only as good as its rice - both in terms of texture and seasoning. Would I come here again? Yes, but I would avoid the nigiri for now and opt for sashimi instead.

The food ambience is amazing.. The amount you get for the price, is reasonable. I have to say that the hand roll is a little expensive for just one, but I guess you're paying for the ingredients I've been there twice and I got the same server. I actually think she was kind of rude. No personality. I did not ask her for her name. We would say thank you to her, no response. If she did respond, it was so low in her voice that we didn't even hear her. There were two other servers that I thought were very nice. This place is supposed to be my favorite place, but I am about to ask for another server next time I come into this establishment. A customers should have an exciting experience when they come into an establishment. I ordered the hand roll, which is supposed to served into a wine glass. I even asked her about it when she took my order. But I didn't get the experience. So the only thing I can think of is that she told the Sushi Chef to not put it in a wine glass. It was served on a wooden block. If she did not say anything to him, when she saw it on the block, she should've asked the sushi chef to please put it in a wine glass, because I was asking for it. I know they have the wine glass, because I saw her serve it to another customer, their hand roll was in a wine glass. She saw me look at her. This may be considered pity, but the smallest wonders are big. I love to post, so my experience should be fun and exciting , and at times unique. So the wine glass was different, unique and classy for me. This is why I rated a 4 star. I don't like going home a little dissatisfied from establishments.

This is my go to sushi spot in Renton. The restaurant is modern and has an upscale feel. I love the hot towels the server provides to clean your hands. The menu has an assortment of delicious items. I can't wait to try the entire menu. The presentation of each dish is a treat. "I'm on fire" is my favorite roll.

Visited this new restaurant for lunch. Great service, fresh fish, and upscale ambiance! We ordered from the lunch menu. I ordered the chirashi bowl and date ordered the bento box. Filling portions! We can eat a lot and it filled us up! I asked for half sushi rice and regular rice. ! Prices are bit higher but worth it. Worth another visit!

Very good service. Complimentary miso soup and a hot towel when you first sit down. Would definitely come back.

Excited to have a new sushi spot at the landing! This place boasts an upscale interior while still offering good portion sizes, which is a refreshing change. Often, at similar establishments, appetizers tend to be disappointingly small, but here they were both ample and delectable. However, I have to admit, their sunomono left much to be desired. It seemed under-marinated or lacking in flavor, tasting more like plain, watery cucumber. On the bright side, the server graciously removed it from our bill without any hassle. Opting for the omakase set, we were treated to a delightful and fresh array of flavors, all beautifully presented. It added an extra layer of enjoyment to the dining experience. All in all, this restaurant offers a lovely upscale atmosphere perfect for date nights or special celebrations. With a diverse selection to choose from, there's something to please every palate.

Been here twice now and enjoyed it both times. Super cute vibes inside. Good place for a date night. The food comes out quickly and staff is friendly. There is a whole page of vegetarian rolls which is appreciated and they are yummy! Will be back again!

I absolutely love this place. Super picky about sushi but they definitely did an amazing job. What I loved the most is seen all employees sit down and take lunch together. It was amazing seem that. It's great to see that some businesses really care about their employees. Definitely

Awesome sushi, great service and atmosphere. Music is not too loud, service is really friendly. Me and my friends ordered each different rolls and they all were really great. I loved “I’m on fire” and “Heart Attack”. Baked salmon roll also was great. Plus, they provided complimentary miso soup and hot towels, which was very nice!
