Nasty, chewy and the service is rude. No one literally in the store and was rushed through my order. The beef in our burritos were so chewy. Not edible. Tried calling to speak with a staff member but no one answered. Also over priced. $30 for 2 burritos. Not that money is an issue. But I'll pay that price for good food. Wont be back

Worst customer service!! Everything is delayed. No acts of kindness from workers. Very rude! Every time we try to order they're always out of something! Especially the tilapia fish.

Despite the "okay" food, the service is bad. This is a restaurant, not a club so why does your employees keep prolonging conversations with customers about off topic while 3-4 people are waiting? Not only the staff is unprofessional but they expect their customers to eat off from their hands, since they don't want to provide silverware to eat a salad bowl. When I went back to address the issue, they JUST closed at 8 so I figured they would recognize me if I knock since I was the last customer. But no, they ignored me and proceed to wrap up. Long story short, decent food. But your staff doesn't know how to provide service.

Ordered a carnitas burrito bowl and taco trio with chorizo, carnitas and steak. First..all the meat is super salty. My order taker picked all the dry pieces of meat. Boo. The lettuce was brown. So much for fresh. Never coming back here again.

I stopped here just to grab a quick lunch because I only had a few minutes. I got a veggie burrito with guacamole and ended up paying almost $10. They were out of black beans so I had go get pinto unfortunately. I did like the rice and salsa options, but I do feel like it was pretty expensive for what it was. I probably won't go back unless I'm in a time pinch.

We ordered the taco trio but was charged extra for rice or beans or veggies and even for the steak. It was crazy expensive. Then she tried to charge us per taco for each extra it was just outrageous and I don't recommend this place. I tried to show the lady who made the tacos my receipt and how it was wrong but she just said sorry and kept working.
