I like the boba tea at this place, but the way they run it is kind of a joke. They're supposed to be open at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, and I'm here at 20 minutes past and there's no one here to open the shop. They're super unprofessional here in the way that they run this place.

They use Corn Syrup as their sweetener base & Boba soak.. I tried it anyways but it was so nasty & overly sweet that it made my friend & I sooo nauseous x.x
We will not be back. Waaaaay better Boba to be found. I recommend checking around SouthCenter.

I am surprised to read all the previous reviews. However, they are from years ago. I’ve been coming to get Bobba tea several times already . All the tea have been AMAZINGLY delicious and with great service. Maybe they have hired better employees.

My go to stop for bubble tea! Unfortunately with a new face working...I didn't get a good experience today. It's a hot day, wanted a drink to cool down a hour before they close. I got turned away 2nd in line because the worker needed to take a break. A break an hour before they close seriously!? I asked if should could just take one more because I was the last one in line but she said no. Had she had a sign up saying she was going on break maybe I wouldn't have tripped but my kids were excited for bubble tea.
