Drake, Jenny and Berlinda have great customer service and are so nice! I love going to this panda express the staff is nice and the food is good.

First they were out of super green and said to for 4 minutes and took 10 minutes during this 10 minutes it was refilled 2 times and served to other customers and when said why she told me to wait for 3 more minutes which doesn’t make any sense

I arrived at opening. The staff is friendly, my biggest upsetting factor is that it’s been 20mins & chow mein is not ready rice is not ready and 1 of the 2 side entrees I ordered were not ready…it’s opening time? I was told 5mins which I didn’t mind but walking out 25mins later waiting is problematic.

Normally, I absolutely LOVE Panda Express. But I was very unimpressed by this location. For my entree, I ordered Chow Mein. There was only a tiny bit left in their serving bowl, so I assumed they would wait until they replaced it with a new bowl before adding it to my plate. When I opened my to-go box and went to eat some of it, it was literally like 90% lettuce. I had to dig through it to actually find some noodles. Also, I had ordered a drink to go with my plate, and they had forgotten to give it to me. When I went back up to the cashier and told them I was expecting a drink, they asked to see my receipt like I was trying to scam them out of one even though I had just paid for my meal not even 2 minutes prior, so there was no way they could've forgotten that so fast. The cashier even had somewhat of an attitude as if I was annoying her for wanting the drink I had already paid for. Definitely unimpressed by this location and don't think I will be coming back.
Parking: This location is one location in a strip mall so it shares one parking lot amongst a bunch of other locations.

Ordered beyond orange chicken and they forgot to put the food in the fryer, but the manager approached me before I realized and offered free food to remedy the delay. Great customer service from the manager

Like always, the food is decent. Beyond orange chicken was a nice surprise. What upset me was the way the manager handled my issue. I told them three times that the teriyaki chicken started sour and just because they were pretty busy, they didn't address it until 30 minutes had passed. The manager still didn't really take my concerns serious (that chicken was sour) and gave us a small entree of another dish as a pathetic attempt to smooth it out. Kept on serving out the bad chicken from what I could tell.

We were greeted when we entered immediately by everyone. So kind! Everyone at the counter was friendly and they offered to give us samples to try. Even though we came in near closing, they offered to make our food fresh. The eating area was extremely clean and the overall eating experience was 10/10.

We arrived at 9:35 and there was no food. They close at 10:30. I had to wait 40 minutes for my order. The staff was very disorganized and slow. No one served us. Very bad service.
