It had been a few months since I'd visited this location. I don't know if it's everywhere but I definitely noticed the taste of the food was different then from a few years ago. It wasn't as appealing and I didn't even finish my plate. Hope it's not a permanent change.

Very mediocre panda. They were understaffed and out of a lot and it took over 20 minutes to order and get our food. The orange chicken tasted off. The men's bathroom was gross and didn't have a changing table.

Around 2 years ago this place gave me food poisoning and I stopped ordering here, then last night I gave it another chance and got poisoned once again. I dint know if the food is old or the workers are unclean, but every single time I eat here im sick the next day

My experience was positive, but there was a significant issue with the manager. His service was lacking, and he approached interactions as if he were doing me a favor. His rudeness and unprofessional demeanor were quite off-putting. I witnessed him raise his voice at a cashier, which embarrassed her and reflected poorly on the establishment. He needs to work on his communication skills.
On a brighter note, I want to commend the team in the back for their efficiency; they quickly got the food out. However, it’s essential for everyone, especially in leadership roles, to maintain a respectful and positive attitude. Improvement in this area would significantly enhance the overall experience.

Duo late job shifts I take away often . But lately the staff literally reduced the portions size of the plate They raise the bowl price few months ago .. And every day their food portions just get smaller and smaller ...
Happen again when the personal is busy in the back office and 2 people only work in the front. Shortly after 15:30 +10 minutes wait time on the line. And of course very limited food choices besides orange chicken and beef.
