Ordered beyond orange chicken and they forgot to put the food in the fryer, but the manager approached me before I realized and offered free food to remedy the delay. Great customer service from the manager
Like always, the food is decent. Beyond orange chicken was a nice surprise.
What upset me was the way the manager handled my issue. I told them three times that the teriyaki chicken started sour and just because they were pretty busy, they didn't address it until 30 minutes had passed. The manager still didn't really take my concerns serious (that chicken was sour) and gave us a small entree of another dish as a pathetic attempt to smooth it out. Kept on serving...

It was good but when we walk most of the of the bowls of food we're out. So selection was very limited
