I hate the people that work here. You can see them playing favorites in who gets bigger portions. But the biggest issue is the lack of gloves when serving. Waiting 3 times before posting this hoping it got better, guess not. Next time I’m filming

The food is fine, but the workers need to stop letting uber eats drivers cut in front of other people who are also doing online pick ups. Every time I go my food is ready for pick up, but there is a wait for a worker to get to me. They clearly see me waiting and even acknowledge me and say they will get to me. But also every time they will let a Uber Eats driver come in after me to cut in front of me to pick up their deliveries. They are enabling this behavior from the Uber Eats drivers. I had one driver literally walk around me to cut in front of me and the employee saw and didn't care.

I have never received the worst service ever until i came to this place. I ordered two meat items and asked if they also have vegan options for my son and i was told by the evening assistant manager named something like Hariel “they don’t have any vegan options ”. The website clearly says they have some vegan options there. After I confronted her, she said this two items are vegan and left like she was annoyed by my asking. She definitely doesn’t qualify for assistance manager. Zero customer service

I always have a great experience at this Panda Express location. The food is fresh, delicious, and generously portioned. A special shoutout to Maggy and Nicio, they are always incredibly polite and provide excellent customer service. They make sure to assist with a smile and are generous when serving food on the plate. Their kindness and attention to detail make the visit even better. Highly recommend this location.

Hate when I go there wanting a curtain item they tell you it will be 7 to 10 min wait every time and you end up with something else cuz you don't have time to wait

Ordered through Uber Eats. Order arrived a little early, everything was correct and as instructed. Portion sizes were a little bigger than I expected and I can easily get two meals out of the Regular Plate entree with food still warm enough to eat right away. Everything was tasty!
Always like the food. They do a great job. Service was fast but the place was busy and they need to do a better job managing the lines. They could easily use theater ribbons to direct people instead of allowing the line to block the door and having people not know where they need to go. It was confusing and disorganized.

I have had 3 separate interactions at this particular Panda Express and all have been poor.The place has very poor customer care and it appears to be a workplace culture issue.Furthermore,i was overcharged for a medium sized entree by 2 dollars and the person who did it felt really proud of themselves and some rice.No sauces offered ever and it always seems like your bothering them.Not ever spending money here again.
