The soups are the best at Panera bread. The noodle soup, cream of tomato are the most recommended and they are indeed good. Though it’s a quick serve restaurant the plating is amazing.

I recently dined at Panera Bread and had an amazing experience! I enjoyed their Broccoli Cheddar Soup in a bread bowl, which was creamy and flavorful. The atmosphere was cozy, perfect for a casual meal. The staff were friendly and helpful, making great recommendations. I finished with a delicious Chocolate Croissant that was the cherry on top! Allayah was a sweetheart and helped me with my multiple questions as I tried to figure out the ordering tablet. 🙃 I also didn't know what the sip club was and how to sign up for that and we figured it out together. Carlos the manager was also very helpful because I didn't realize the promo going on for sip club is $5 for the first 5 months and that's HELLA FREE DRINKS. Food was delicious and made perfectly. My coffee wasn't the hottest it could have been but it was still really good self-serve coffee and they have free almondmilk to use. Altogether super kind and friendly and great experience after not being in a Panera for literal years. Thank you love yall 💓

I’ve been a loyal customer of Panera Bread for a while and usually visit their other location, where the food is always amazing. I order the same dish every time, and it’s consistently delicious and well-presented.
However, my experience at this location was disappointing. The food was prepared surprisingly quickly, but it looked unappetizing and lacked the care and quality I’m used to. It felt rushed, and honestly, it didn’t live up to the standard I expect from Panera Bread.
I really hope this was just a one-off issue because I’ve always loved this place. But this experience made me question whether I’d return to this specific location.

FOOD WAS BLAND NO FLAVOR AND COLD WENT TO THE PANERA IN THE LANDING TRIED ASKING A QUESTION TO THE MANAGER IN FRONT OF HIM STANDING HE IGNORED WHAT I SAID YOUNG LADY WITH PIERCING ANDSWED US. Edit: I have been there for a while, and my experiences r mostly positive, so i change it to 4*. Only issue is sometimes the store is understaffed, so its hard to find an employee for help. Also I find few female managers there have difficult personalities.

Quite overdue for a review, but I used to work here at this location. Absolutely do not recommend if you care about your mental health! Always was understaffed and expected me to do barista, bakery, and cashier all at once, and the manager (Idk remember her name, I think it was Ray) was extremely rude. I liked my coworkers, though, it was just the managers that were the problem.
