Don’t normally post reviews but I felt the need to for this one.
I was guilty of placing an order about 10 minutes before the store was about to close. When I had arrived it was around 9:05PM and I thought I had lost my order but they were kind enough to call me back and help arrange for me to pick it up.
They had ZERO reason to do that and I could have easily just asked for a refund on the app but they were very understanding about it and I was truly sorry for being so last minute.
Thank you guys for being so sweet, I’ll for sure remember it. ❤️

I don't come out here a whole lot yet been coming recently for some meetings. This place is definitely popular and has its frequent visitors. We found that the ability to sit down, do some work utilizing their wifi and outlets to keep our laptops was helpful, not to mention grab a bite as well.
As much as I was hoping for breakfast, I came right when they switched to lunch. I went for the Chipotle Chicken Avo Melt, Vegetarian Autumn Squash Soup, & Caffe Latte. The sandwich was pretty good and filling, so I had some of the soup but couldn't get through most of it. I heard that the water didn't taste clean so heads up if you need some water to go with your meal yet my coworker found the sandwich to be pretty good and her broccoli cheddar soup had a bit more cheese than she was hoping for.
One of the girls at the front counter is super sweet & tends to find me to give me coffee; the counter where they prep the food also has a screen with the approximate wait time of your order with your name on it which was helpful & something I hadn't seen before.

Frozen bread now? Really? They received all of their food frozen now and I can taste the difference. Went there on a weekend and it wasn't late and they had NO BREAD TO SELL on their baked good shelves and it was filled with Focaccia or another flatbread, we won't be back!!

Eating Panera's Tomato Basil BLT is a delightful experience. The crisp bacon, fresh lettuce, and juicy tomato, all brought together with a hint of basil on their delicious bread, make for a fantastic bite. Washed down with a tangy, sweet lemonade, it's the perfect light and refreshing meal. Also wonderful service from Maizey helping us out, first time ordering and she help us out with our order.
One of the better panera locations. Usually quiet with lots of seating options. Great for rapid pick up orders.

I usually enjoy Panera Bread, but unfortunately, my recents experiences at the Renton location was disappointing. There was no coffee available during my visit, which is surprising for a place known for its café-style menu. The restroom was not clean, and to make matters worse, the Wi-Fi connection was very poor — making it difficult to get any work done.
I also couldn’t find a proper way to leave feedback through the app, which is frustrating when you want to help improve the experience.
I’m happy to update my review to something more positive once these issues are addressed. I know Panera can do better, and I hope this location makes the necessary improvements soon.

I ordered just a drink for pickup but took long time. And a suspicious person was wandering around the store and came up to me, saying he had just started working here. But he clearly didn’t seem like an employee, and it was a bit scary.
