The people who work the later afternoon/night shift always make my pizza perfect, I moved from Renton to another city & I still come all the way here for pizza because it's worth the money.

The pizza is either burnt or raw and it's very rare that we receive our full order. We were charged delivery fee and tip but when they messed up our order we were asked to drive over and pick it up ourselves otherwise they refused to correct their mistake. We get there and refuse to refund the delivery fee since we had to drive to them and they still got our order wrong again. Service and quality has been so bad over the past 3 years we will never go back.

The service by the employee at the register was really bad, I came in to pick up an Uber, and because of the noise I couldn't hear correctly what he said, I just assumed he wanted me to show them the name on the order to confirm, but instead, in a really condescending tone said to me "I was only asking if it was from uber or not", then went to grab the order, as I was grabbing some of the cheese packs that were requested in the order, the guy just threw the pizzas on the table to my said without any word or anything, I suggest going to a different papa John's if you don't want the staff to treat you like trash

Ordered a New York thin crust. It must have been made yesterday. Tough and unappetizing. Also the Oreo bites cold and tough. Maybe you should consider making menu items fresh. Won’t be back.
Are the employees constantly changing? The taste of the bread sticks also keeps changing, this time it was too dry and burnt, the last time the pizza dough was thick and the sauce was soggy and dripping... I also forgot the sauce...

At 4:00 today I ordered two pizzas to be delivered at 5:30. It is now almost 7:00 and I have not yet received the message they stated they would send when its on its way with an eta. At 6:30 I called to check, thinking of cancelling, they said it was ready and waiting for the driver, so I thought I'd give a second chance and wait. Now, for myself and others, the work break is over.... with no dinner. I hope you don't depend on this establishment for any planned event. This is beyond unreasonable and people should know. I will never order from them again.

The lady working forgot to put the extra peppercinis that I paid for in my order and gave me attitude because I wanted what I paid for. It cost 2 extra dollars for the peppercinis and she was petty enough to only give 2 small ones
