Ordered through the papa johns app. The food never arrived . I checked around my whole building it never arrived .I called the store to try to find the solution. At first the employee on the phone told me he could send it out again . When I agreed to this he then said hold on , put me on hold for 15 minutes , and came back on the phone stating his manager said that the order was in fact delivered by doordash and they won’t send a new order or refund me .Unless you want to throw money down the drain , don’t order here .

15 mins to order a pizza after I was told to give them another chance in the future and they would have a free pizza for me! This place sucks the last time I ordered it took 2 hours to get my food because they door dash and screwed up. Don't order from here. The staff tries but there's just not enough of them. Nearly 2/3 of the time we order from this location the food takes over an hour and the lobby is absolutely full of people and drivers waiting for their food. It's absolute chaos and incredibly frustrating. Now that Pizza Hut has opened up just down the street, we have a better place to order our pizza from.

Waited for an hour only to receive one of the two pizzas I ordered. They "lost" the other one. How do you lose a pizza? What, did you drop it between the couch cushions?And the best part, the one I got had the wrong toppings. They didn't offer to remake them or replace anything, and everyone else in there looked pissed like they'd been waiting forever too.Don't make the same mistake I did. Avoid this place. Save yourself.

Bad organization of work. They're not in a hurry. They don't care about everything and everyone. The quality of food is a separate topic. The service is terrible. I came to pick up the order, showed the order number and stood for 20 minutes. 25 minutes later, I was asked, "How can I help you?" as if I had just come in. And in the end, the answer is: "not ready yet"! Horror!

Showed up, and it was a hangout instead of a workplace. The front counter person was okay with their greeting. Got home with my food 15 minutes later, and it tasted like it was days old and over cooked. Not one of the 5 people eating was happy with any part of the meal.

It's always something everytime I get something from here, twice not the correct sauce container count and then didn't half the vegs on the pizza correct and had to wait for a new one. Read the comments on hair, yeah I don't remember seeing a hair tie any of the times I came in and last order had a dark hair in it, I just brushed it off because I also have dark hair but idk if it was mine now. Update still got the pizza wrong (ingredients missing this time), didn't want to wait for a 3rd possibly wrong again pizza, manager too busy to talk.

Although the foods really good, every time i order and go in im not greeted i watched my order go in the ready window and it sat there for 5 or 6 mins before i asked if that was mine. Also half the workers have long hair that's NOT tied back. They ARE really nice here but i HAVE found a hair in my pizza. Please have the employees tie their long hair back and wear facial hair covers. ?
Pizza was room temperature, not hot or warm, I phoned up the manager and he said “I don’t know what you want me to do” and was very rude. It arrived within 15 minutes so I’m guessing they just had an undelivered pizza and gave me that one. Definitely won’t be ordering from this store again.
