i had an amazing experience at papa murphy's at 4350 ne 4th st suite c, renton, wa 98059. josh and kiana helped me with my pizza around 7:30 pm and they were fantastic. super friendly and made sure everything was perfect. the pizza was delicious and so easy to bake at home. highly recommend this spot for great service and tasty pizza!

Ordered a zucchini calzone for delivery and received jalapeños instead. Incredibly different. Called to request refund and was promised a free calzone with my next order. Did not offer to replace my dinner for the evening so I had to figure something else out. Didn’t receive anything that validates the free replacement so I hope they honor their verbal promises.

These teenagers working at this location don’t seems to like their job! Extremely rude and acted like they had better things to do then help customers. Tried calling for over 30 minutes but they refused to answer the phone. Drove in to make our order and the attitude was just radiating of these kids. I think we’ll avoid this location for awhile. Not impressed.

I stopped by this papa Murphy's and presented a coupon for $3 off they said they would not take my coupon because it wasn't from the app. I spent the last 3 days trying to get the website / app to take my information so I can get this coupon I finally gave up ! I will not shop here thank you so much for your time and over $3 you've lost a client that's been eating pizzas with you for over 10 years. Over $3 the owner of this establishment should figure out that good clients are worth a $3 coupon even if it is not from the website or the app. In my opinion poor management poor ownership
