I ordered an online barbeque chicken pizza without bacon; when I picked it up, I found out it had bacon, so I asked to start a new one from scratch. I waited a couple of minutes, then he handed it to me. When I went home and started baking it, I noticed there were remnants of bacon. It seemed like this guy; he just picked up the bacon and gave the same one back to me. I was really angry and upset because he's trying to trick me. That's really disrespectful. I called the store, and I explained how frustrated I was, so he told me simply to return it, and he will give me another pizza. This was not the first time. It happened to me with the Newcastle location. The employees do not know how to read the orders. however that will be the last time i will order from PAPA MURPHY'S.
