this is the worst place you will eat summer rolls are full of roots and have almost no rice paste. The worst thing is this very expensive store.???? you can see in photos my empty summer rolls ??

I’m so sad! This was my favorite pho place for years. But my pho today was very mediocre and I asked for a winter melon bubble tea and they made it milk tea. When I let them know I cannot drink milk, the lady quickly promised that it was non dairy. I took the tea but it was definitely NOT non dairy and now I’ve broken out in hives. I hope they recover from COVID soon but, unfortunately, I won’t be back here.

Ordered the short ribs with rice and blueberry Bubble tea! Over 30$!! Portions were very skimpy! The tea tasted like water, no flavor at all! Not worth the money they're charging at all!

Nice and clean place to sit down to eat, but lack of services. They're very slow.....It's doesn't take 45 min to 1 hrs to get a bowl of nasty pho. They need at less two servers and 2 cooks and one person run the cashier etc. The owner she run everything and everywhere. Sign of greedy! Sorry I'm just telling the truth.

Def a local fav! The broth says it all here at Pho 801. It's packed with flavor. The proteins and noodles are just bonus. Even the tofu is cooked spot on. Enjoy it with an array of teas to choose from.

Great little mom-and-pop restaurant offering authentic Pho dishes and also a full selection of Bubble Tea. Food is delicious and the servers speak excellent English. Ample amounts of Basil, Bean Sprouts, Jalapenos and lime wedges are served with the Pho.

Such a great spot in downtown Renton! Remodeled during covid and now super modern and super yummy ?

For over ten years, we would stopped at this location to have lunch. It was our favorite Pho. Then one day, we arrived and saw a different name slapped on the building. We gave it the benefit of doubt and tried it. Unfortunately, the food didn't measure up to our par. Several years later, we gave it another try, and it as the same. It has been another few years have passed, we gave it another try and nothing has changed. This is probably why the restaurant is empty. We are not experts in Pho but we know well what is a good bole of Pho. The broth has to be flavorful but clear, not greasy. From our experience at this place, the broth is too sweet. Also, the condiments are not given in proportion to the number of guests. The same amount is given to us whether I dine there alone or a party of four. The customer service isn't that great either. They don't seem to pay attention to the needs of their customers. We order Macha tea without sugar and it came very sweet.

My husband called and was put on hold for ten minutes (on the counter) My husband finally drove there (desperate for pho) the phone was still off the hook- Then he got his bag of food which was missing half of our order. We ordered two Pho's and spring rolls. There was only one fixings for pho and two broths. When my husband called to complain btw he was on his way home 40 miles away- they were not helpful.

Ordered spring rolls for take out. It has old bean sprouts, I can tell they were old because it was translucent and had that distinctive taste. The rolls were individually wrapped and packaged well.
