You need to stop feeding the pigeons! The entrance to your business is gross, sidewalk is covered in bird crap, and pigeons are perched above your business - this is disgusting and needs to be cleaned up!

Ordered a seafood pho meal. They left out the imitation crab as I requested. However, the fish balls were also imitation wish surprised me. I asked for something else, or pay half, or get something different. Anything really. Nothing was offered besides "I'm not welcome back and to go to a place I already like to eat at." Additionally, no other sauce was given with the spring rolls for friend allergic to nuts after the host agreed to prior to the order. Lastly, they were lacking all their drink options except sodas. The chicken, noodles, and broccoli we shared were good.

Pho broth good, and the rest just fine. Service would say 2 stars, we dine in with my spouse and 2 kids. There was 4 of us but only got 2 water then 4 straws. Order bubble tea with same time with our food, keep waiting and waiting no bubble tea " excuse me we order bubble tea with extra tapioca" guy said oh we don't have tapioca. Bathroom no toilet paper no hand soap😟😟

I'm all about the food and the broth they use for their pho is one of, if not, the best I've had. So much flavor! I usually add soy sauce and Sriracha to my broth at other places but theirs was near perfect without, I just added Sriracha as I like it spicy. The spring roll was ehh and the pot stickers were ehh as well but that broth was so good! There was not much meat in the bowl but it was only $14 for a large as others charge like $18, so 🤷♂️ If I lived closer I would probably go here often to get the broth and make my own. I had issues with ordering as the waitress did not speak the best English.

I used to dine here when I was younger, I stopped in after work and thought I could grab a quick bite to eat. I ordered the P12 and the fried chicken wings.
When the chicken wings came out I ate two smaller wings and they were fine, just basic chicken wings, when I started eating the drumsticks, they were cold in the center. I figured it would be okay since they were probably just microwaved but on the 4th wing (out of 12-15 wings which is a very large portion) it was ice cold and the meat was pink. I then let the guy at the front know that some of the wings were cold and undercooked so I didn't want to finish them. I'm too afraid to send back food so I never say anything and I try to be as polite as I can. (I do appreciate that he took it off the bill at the end even though I never asked since I did order it) He then proceeded to come out with a glove and destroyed all the wings in his hand in front me, telling me I should never order these again because it's the style of the wing (raw and cold I guess) and that all of the ones in his hand were warm. I've never seen someone squeeze 8+ wings in his hand in front of me while I was eating my pho. As I was eating he stayed around the table cleaning up in the general area and again kept telling me don't order those wings because it's a different style and tons of customers return them due to that fact. I wish I could give a 0 star rating for the whole interaction that occurred.
The Pho broth was good, the meat was delicious except for the block of frozen tendon which tasted a little funny placed in my semi warm pho. I just ate around it and after the chicken wing incident I just wanted to get out of there ASAP.

I ordered some spring rolls today. I got them and the roll usually has 3 shrimps on it for the size but when i got mine. I only had 2 shrimps on it and alot of lettus. SMH….The gentleman told me that every place does it different and he returned my money without any questions. smh….?

Ordered a vermicelli grilled chicken with egg rolls over the phone for pick up. The staff said it will take 10 minutes. Showed up 10 minutes later and was asked to wait just 5 more minutes. I ended up waiting another 25 minutes. Time estimate definitely wasn’t their strongest game I guess.
About the food. The grilled chicken tasted old, rubbery, and dry. Ate about 1/3 of the chicken and my jaw was tired. I feel like they grilled the chicken in a big batch and then reheated the chicken when someone order. The egg rolls were vegetarian and the rolls are bigger. The egg rolls were overly seasoned with salt, but freshly fried. The veggies that came with the dish were fresh and crisp. I think the veggies was the star of the dish.
