This was the perfect stop after picking up my folks from the airport. It was a chilly day and pho sounded good. Their broth was clean and good, not too salty or oily. Noodles were cooked well, not overdone and mushy. They have a fresh veggie bar that you could pick your veggies to go into your pho. This was a huge plus for me. The place was clean, well lit, and service was great, with staff being kind and friendly.

The staff is super friendly and the place is clean. They have a ton of different cuisines on the menu, like katsu, ramen, soondubu, etc and pho. I tried the pho after reading reviews and it was supposed to be the “best pho.” It was good, but it’s not the best pho I’ve ever had. The broth didn’t have much flavor or depth. I don’t blame them, though, because it must be hard to make so many different dishes. If you’re looking for a place with a lot of variety, this is a great place to go, but if you’re looking for great pho, it’s decent at best.

I had the pho, and the broth was dark and very salty. The best way I can describe it is that it tasted like water boiled with too much of the packaged pho seasoning. It didn’t taste like a broth that had been simmered with bones for hours the way authentic pho usually is. I’m not sure why they’re rated so high — maybe their other dishes are better. The restaurant was clean, which is the only reason I gave it two stars.
