Absolutely not. Sat outside watching a lady literally clean up. Touch a mop bucket. Touch her face. Then literally grab chicken out the oven. I walk in and say did u grab the chicken without washing your hands. She goes I literally just washed my hands. I literally sat outside the window watching her for at least 5 minutes. NEVER did she wash her hands or leave my sight. I told her cancel the order and I walked out.

This has been my local Pizza Hut for the last 4 years almost and they never disappoint! Pizza always good. Delivery on time or early and they will go above and beyond for you. My pizza seemed undercooked and was cold upon arrival. Delivery driver was also extremely rude. The wings were the tastiest thing on the menu. I ended up with diarrhea so I’m assuming there was some cleanliness issues as well.

Boyfriend order pizza wrong topics and no pop that he paid for called back and was hung up on, call back again and a woman answered interrupted him every time he would attempt to explain claimed boss wasn’t there and we have wrong Pizza Hut don’t go here poor costumer service took no accountability for mistake. Very unprofessional and stole money for unadded topping and no pop!

My boyfriend of two weeks just broke up with me because of this restaurant I told him to get me a regular Coke and a pepperoni pizza. I went there to meet him because he was taking way too long and I saw him and the cash register person talking so I asked him what they were talking about and they both looked at me like they didn’t know who I was at first, they step it up but anyway passed me my Coke. It was a Diet Coke I asked for and I asked him why he got me Diet Coke and he said he shook his head. I don’t know like he didn’t know what he was talking about but obviously he got that Diet Coke for a reason, but he just wouldn’t tell me , my pepperoni pizza when I opened it in front of both of them, there was no pepperoni on it vegetables I asked him what he was trying to say, and he said that he was breaking up with me and he looked at the cash register person he kissed her and I told him what was he doing? We been together for two weeks that mean anything to you ? I told him that he can get out of my life if he thinks I’m so fat, but then the cash register person looked at me. Her name was Angelica or something. She looked at me Then looked at my boyfriend, and said he can get a meat pizza for free how much she loves his meat. I was outraged I couldn’t believe this I looked at him and then I looked at her and I couldn’t hold it anymore and I ran out crying but while I was running out, they both screamed. He won’t believe this. They screamed.GET OUT FATTY!! I started crying harder. I couldn’t do it anymore. I might get back together with him, He said he was sorry.. Me personally I think he means it he did all of that yesterday I feel some sort of connection in the two weeks that we’ve been together and not break up really hurt me. I just wanted Pizza Hut to know that PS I’m pregnant now. With the cashiers boyfriend. :)

I needed new Pizza Hut because my favorite one was demolished and it emptied my soul, they always made my order just right with all my requests, it hurt bad but I am a brave boy and I started the journey to move onThe other Renton Pizza Hut I tried first but I ordered less sauce they put so much sauce that I was overwhelmed and didn't finish it, texture was all wrong and I was discouraged and the whole thing felt hopeless but I want to be a brave boy so I keep goingThis Pizza Hut make perfect pizza with perfect sauceMaybe it will all be ok again

Terrible customer service. Steam rolls me on the phone as i try to correct my phone number because I typed it in wrong. All i was trying to do was change the phone number so my delivery driver could have the correct number to call so that they were not waiting on me forever outside my apartment complex. Tried to call back a few times to just be hung up on or not answered. I understand places get busy but, steam rolling customers off the phone and no communication isn't how to go about it.

Check your charges, my credit card company notified me the gave themselves a 46% tip.Only reason i caught it was this time I decide to tip the driver cash, so I was suprised at the credit card charge.Contacted customer service, said store would reach out but they never did.

The area was low staff. But the person that I had encountered. She was phenomenal. She did her job very well even though it was dinner time. She was calm collected and got to my order and cash me out in a professional manner. Awesome job.
