Haven't had pizza hut in a while but my parents love pizza hut and I grew up eating pizza hut. So nostalgia won out when I ordered pizza for my parents and I have to say this was one of the worst pizzas I ate. The only pro was the staff was nice and the pizza was ready really fast. Not sure if that quickness is also a con as you'll see in my review as it may have impacted the quality of the food.First off this is my fault as I haven't ordered pizza hut in a while, but I didn't know they do hand tossed pizzas. I wanted their golden Sponge crust and I wish they would've asked which crust I wanted. The texture and taste of the hand tossed dough tasted like it wasn't cooked all the way and just lacked flavor. Second, there were barely any toppings. I ordered 2 large supreme pizzas for $50 and I expected more than 1 pepperoni per slice. Some slices didn't have any pepperoni and Italian sausages. It was very disappointing.Third, kind of tied to the dough not cooked long enough are the toppings looked and tasted undercooked. Especially the cheese as there was no semi burnt cheese that I like. The cheese looked like it was cooked at low temperature to just melt it rather than the high temperature to achieve that yummy flavor.This location is moving and I hope they'll cook the food better in their new location because I would drive further away to a different pizza hut next time I need to order pizza for my parents.

My beloved Pizza Hut by my house was demolished and they always made the best pizza that was warm in my tummy but she gone, I went to this one and ordered my pizza and wanted light sauce and instead they put a SAUCE AVALANCHE which was just unnecessary amount of sauce, I feel the loss even deeper in my soul now. Cheese sticks were good tho

Customer service is okay. Pizza is low quality, and just okay tasting. Disappointed with the pizza in general. I’m sure any other pizza place in the area would serve you better and leave you more satisfied than this place.

The delivery driver was rude and seemed as if he couldn't believe I ordered the food he kept looking at the receipt then asking my name I told him my name 3 times my husband was on the phone and said why does he keep asking you name. The pizza was not hot it was warm and the thin crust was hard as a brick I have ordered thin crust pizza from other places but never experienced anything like this I had to cut the back of the crust off . I probably will never order from this location again it only takes one time for me.

So this store is terrible, don't go here. After spending $70.00 on pizzas, I get home and the pizzas were wrong. So I call and talk to the store Manager CARLOS and he told me he would make it right after his dinner rush was over, about an hour and half! You already took my money man. You suck!

After an hour waiting and manager refusing to get on the phone with me to cancel my order and get my money back they deliver the pizza finally. Is there a way to file a complaint with corporate in order to get this thing straightened out. We didn’t wan the pizza anymore.. driver told us he has to leave it he left it on the front porch.

Delivery order. Looks like someone got hungry and ripped off a corner of my pizza. The torn part isn't toasted, so it was definitely torn after it was baked. Caught the delivery driver before he left and replaced it within 1/2 hour and with extras for the trouble.
