Ordered online through the app. Doordash driver never delivered the order. Called to request order redelivered, which never happened over an hour and a half later. Store refuses to answer further phone calls.

If I could give zero stars I would order was wrong and when trying to call I get hung up on with out anyone speaking. Then when getting transferred to the local hut I get place on hold 4 calls later beyond unprofessional oh an the pizza was under cooked

One star for using 3rd party delivery drivers. Food cold and missing items. Only to send another 3rd party driver with replacement cold food.
They delivered a pizza with ham on it. I didn't order a pizza with ham. My husband is extremely allergic to ham. I tried repeatedly to call them but they wouldn't answer the phone. After having had one of my hardest work days ever, I had to drive drive down to the Pizza Hut store to have the pizza replaced.

I ordered delievery yesterday. Placed my order at 6:42pm. My food didn't arrive until 8:15pm. I live less than 1 mile away from the establishment. I didn't have access to a vehicle so I didn't have a choice but to order delievery. My food was not hot. I had to microwave it. Very unsatisfied with the service and food.

I haven't had Pizza Hut in years, and I used to work at one in college. The pizza used to taste SO MUCH BETTER.
1. Hate how now the cheese and toppings are this tiny circle in the pizza with like 2-3 inches of bare crust. It smacks of being cheap.
2. The dipping marinara is WAY too sweet, it's gross. I recall it being less sweet.
3. I never got a notification that my pizza was ready and it obviously had been sitting because it was pretty cool by the time we got it home.
I want to be clear that I have nothing against the employees, the person at the counter was very nice. It's the obviously corporate policies designed to give the customer less product and less quality product than they used to that makes me sad. I miss how good it used to be.

Look it’s busy, it’s the Super Bowl, things happen, I get it but damn we went hungry pretty much because what we wanted they gave us someone else’s pizza. It wasn’t at all edible and not only that it’s a crime to put pineapple on there. We are allergic and it just doesn’t taste good on pizzas…
A make up pizza would have been nice… anyways we were offered a refund but that doesn’t justify the time spent to go pick up the damn pizza and the gas… waited in line for over 20 mins after ordering 50 mins ago… not worth it…
