I ordered delievery yesterday. Placed my order at 6:42pm. My food didn't arrive until 8:15pm. I live less than 1 mile away from the establishment. I didn't have access to a vehicle so I didn't have a choice but to order delievery. My food was not hot. I had to microwave it. Very unsatisfied with the service and food.

I haven't had Pizza Hut in years, and I used to work at one in college. The pizza used to taste SO MUCH BETTER.
1. Hate how now the cheese and toppings are this tiny circle in the pizza with like 2-3 inches of bare crust. It smacks of being cheap.
2. The dipping marinara is WAY too sweet, it's gross. I recall it being less sweet.
3. I never got a notification that my pizza was ready and it obviously had been sitting because it was pretty cool by the time we got it home.
I want to be clear that I have nothing against the employees, the person at the counter was very nice. It's the obviously corporate policies designed to give the customer less product and less quality product than they used to that makes me sad. I miss how good it used to be.

Look it’s busy, it’s the Super Bowl, things happen, I get it but damn we went hungry pretty much because what we wanted they gave us someone else’s pizza. It wasn’t at all edible and not only that it’s a crime to put pineapple on there. We are allergic and it just doesn’t taste good on pizzas…
A make up pizza would have been nice… anyways we were offered a refund but that doesn’t justify the time spent to go pick up the damn pizza and the gas… waited in line for over 20 mins after ordering 50 mins ago… not worth it…

Don’t bother adding what topping you want to your pizza, they won’t put them on! I ordered a pepperoni pizza from one of their online deals, and added a second topping (paid MORE for extra) but received NONE of the second topping. To make matters worse, when I tried calling the store to rectify the issue, I was on hold for 15 minutes before I called it quits. Awful customer service, take your business elsewhere.

Card denied over the phone 4 times. Call the bank and I have plenty to cover little order! But of course nothing is wrong Pizza Huts end
Please, don’t tell me my order is “ready” on the app when it’s not. The cashier told me it’d be an extra 5min, no biggie. BUT now it’s been 25min and I’m still standing around waiting for my order. Kinda ridiculous.

Two delivery orders in a row made incorrectly! Pizzas look like they were cut by a blind person. I'll order Papa John's and eat worse pizza if they can get my order right.
I always have good food come from here delivery times are usually right in time. Food is always yummy . But I did have an issue. But Nick was soooo nice and helpful. Thank you Nickolas !!!!

There is a person in this place who is Hispanic Latino, please if you can give him professional training because he needs it a lot. He is an arrogant, abusive and rude person; The other people, my respects, are very professional.
