The pizza dough wasn't the same as the deep dish used to be. It looked like rolled out dough and didn't look cooked in a deep dish. The dough was not golden and crispy on the bottom and sides. It tasted okay, but I was really disappointed, especially for what I paid for it.

Worst pizza I have EVER RECIEVED FROM ANYWHERE. I want to post a picture it is terrible . And I talked to the manager and of course all they could say was I am sorry , the pizza looks like someone chewed it up and spit it out . DisgustingDo not go here .....And I better get my refund on my card in 3-5 days. I kept my reciept and have a Picture of this terrible product sent out of the store , yuck ?

I've had great experiences here but today was a different story. Food was terrible. Called a manager for a replacement and they hung up on me. The call and replacement took over a hour so 2 and a half hours to eat while we have to work the next day. The replacement was not up to their normal standard and only accepted since we had to go to bed. Everything today was unacceptable and unprofessional. I hope the management and team can get back to the standards they used to provide. If not long standing customers will resort to other pizza places
One star because can’t be zero. We always order from this Pizza Hut but today was a disaster. The cheese pizza was under cooked pizza, we asked with white sauce and came with no sauce at all, the bacon only a few bites and was half bacon and half ham. The pepperoni pizza was half with pepperoni and half without, and no bacon. We called and asked to talk with a manager and they hang up on us a few times, finally was offered a replacement, (the manager said she made the pizza herself, so management and training needs improvement) after two hours of the first call the replacement shows up (we only accepted it because we are exhausted of waiting) and the cheese pizza at least was properly cooked, but it didn’t looked good, poor sauce poor bacon and the pepperoni still with ham instead of bacon, and they added pieces of onions, which was not asked for.

I love pizza hut!!!... It's soooo timeless. Back in the days, on a Friday you went to blockbuster to get the videos...THEN you went back home and CALLED pizza hut to place your order ...good times

This is my go to Pizza Hut since I don't live far. I don't have any issues with this location. Today I decided to write a 5 star review because they actually made a hand tossed pizza but I ordered a stuffed crust. I called when I got home to let them know they made the wrong crust and the manager, Hannah apologized and remade the pizza. I picked it up and she offered a 2 liter on top of the pizza as a sincere apology. I declined the pizza but took a cheese and pepper shake. It makes a huge difference when good service takes place. Thank you Hannah! Side note, I used to work for a pizza place for 6 years and was a manager myself for a long time so I know what they actually go through at pizza places.
