Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

I was really looking forward to getting my order. This is the worst visit and worst experience that I have had since coming here. I placed a to-go order. Showed up 10 minutes after scheduled pick-up time. Waited about 4 minutes at the podium before someone showed up. Gave him my name he said they are boxing it up. 15 minutes later someone else checked and they were finishing it up. Finally the order was ready.
Get out to the truck and open it fries are cold. Onion rings are cold burger is slightly warm. Get home and start warming everything up and discover no sauces with the onion rings and the bacon fondue is thicker than a bowl of oatmeal warmed it up and it was cold too. I don't know how long my order actually sat in the kitchen and I get that the restaurant was busy but this is awful. It wasn't worth the money. Very disappointing!!!

Pizza was cold and ingredients tasted old. Burger was cold. We got no napkins and the long island ice tea was all sugar. I took the pizza home but even heating it was was bad, taste like cardboard. We will never come back.

Found hair in my food at the restaurant, they remade the food.. as I’m home eating I find another hair. What is going on Red Robin?

Absolutely frustrating we waited approximately 20 minutes and no one came to us and we were frustrated with the service not helping and in fact trying avoid us. Both me and my partner have never dealt with being avoided and just trying to order some food and drinks.

Wasn't excited about the prices but I had probably on of the best burgers I've ever eaten...Backyard BBQ Burger. Great and fast service.
