Today I came into to dine in with my family I was having a good time food was great service was good reason behind why I am giving a one star review to service is due to an employee. Yelling across the the restaurant at another employee and me hearing this was so upsetting I am now scared to bring my 5 year old back to this location. Due to the server yelling at the poor girl Telling her why are u here. Please Red Robin fix this this is not acceptable

Walked in with my two toddlers, had to wait for hostess to clean up a table for us. Once our table was “clean” we sat down and was told our server would be with us shortly to take our order. We waited 10 minutes.. when it wasn’t busy at all. The food was mid and way overpriced. I understand that it’s supposed to be “gourmet” but it’s not. Out of all the things we ordered, my oldest toddler at least liked the Mac and cheese.. like come on. Aside from that I literally had to wait for our server to grab a tablet from another table so I could pay and leave. My kids and I had to ask for to-go containers and then wait around to pay. It had been at least 20 minutes from the time we were done eating before we were able to leave.

Came here the other day for one of their promotional specials and the lobby was full of people and no one was out front to see anyone. That is not good customer service. I stood in the front entrance of the lobby for a while and decided I didn't want to wait all night

Went to Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews! Ordered their mozzarella twist and the Royal Red Burger. Super delicious and very fresh tasting. The atmosphere was very pleasant and cozy! Also, outstanding customer service!!! Highly recommended!!! Love love love it 😍!!!

Just had one of my worst dining experiences at this 'restaurant'. Had it delivered and every dish was both skimpy and wrong (customizations ignored.)

I didn’t expect a lot in this restaurant for the first time. As u know there r hundreds of Red Robbin’s in seattle.
But the food was soooo delicious with fresh !!!
Pizza…. Was so big and yummy.
Hamburger and salad also very fresh.

The most important thing that they have a BOTTOMLESS side dish refill.
Thats the most thing i love it.
