Amazing staff...so polite and friendly!! Food is really good as well. I wish they had all the kid games/vending machines centralized so there was less traffic into the quieter dining areas, but maybe it's a space issue? Otherwise, a real gem in Fairwood!
I haven't been to a Shakey's in over 20 years so I was really looking forward to coming here. My wife and I came with our two grandkids (12 & 15 years old) and my two sister-in-laws. The restaurant was packed when we arrived and we got one of the last available tables. We ordered a half loaf of the garlic cheese bread, a half order of mojos, a deep dish cheese pizza, a regular cheese pizza and a Shakey's Special. The garlic cheese bread was rich and delicious...
Just like an old pizza parlor of yesteryear. Has the nostalgia of video games and more importantly great food. The pizza and chicken, mojo's were amazing as always. It's no wonder why this place is so busy, even with a mod pizza across the street. Keep up the great work. BTW I had a salad as well and it was great too.
