Sharetea proving yet again it’s the GOAT! Great quality strong black tea, flavorful toppings. Also, incredibly customizable. The non-dairy milk is also a nice touch, if you’re lactose intolerant like me. I think all of the bad reviews are from people who ordered some atrocity like Thai iced tea (which is fine by itself) but with 100% sugar and 20 toppings, and then were surprised when it tasted bad.

One of my favorite places to get boba in the Renton area! They have many flavors, you can change the sweetness level, and they use NON-DAIRY CREAMER.
The last time I went in, they had updated their ordering system, pictures at the boba bar, and redecorated so it felt more open than before! Love the changes that were made! Now, you can order through a kiosk, or in-person if you have questions.
I got a matcha milk tea, without red beans and with boba, and it was delicious and sweet, just what I expected.

I hope I just had a bad batch because if not I have no idea how their rating is so high. Single-handedly the worst bubble tea I’ve ever had. Higher than average price for something I couldn’t even drink half of. Flavor of taro milk tea is chalky, bitter and dirty; no other way to describe it. Beverage was abnormally thick. Tapioca balls tasted burnt. They were nice and clean but product is a disaster

I visited the store today and had a mixed experience. While the service and drinks were excellent, I was concerned about the working conditions for the staff. The temperature inside the store was uncomfortably hot, even hotter than the outside temperature of 87 degrees. I observed four young adults or teens working behind the counter, visibly sweating in a cramp space. I believe it's essential for the store manager to address this issue, as it not only affects customer comfort but also the well-being and safety of the employees. I suggest installing a functional air conditioning system, as the current fans and air conditioning system appear to be insufficient in maintaining a comfortable environment. I hope this feedback will lead to improvements in the working conditions for the staff.

I love boba and this is a great place for it! Consistent quality over a long period of time (I order from them once a week usually), fast service, and I'm so happy with their addition of almond and soy milk alternatives (hopefully the online order updates soon, you can only order it in person). And I also hope they add more non-caffeine options.
