It is best place for customizing the cake when I see my order firstly I fee its too small but it looks cute but when I taste it, awesome I forget it’s size just enjoy the taste Highly recommend!

Personally I have had the best cakes ordered from here. Even my experience of ordering and picking up these cakes has been very positive. Leave aside that the cakes in themselves are just exquisite in taste and presentation. For people who happened to leave or be influenced by any negative reviews, I’d suggest going to the business and visiting the owner in person. I personally feel it will change your perception and make you long time customers of this business. Marina, my family and I adore your work :)

I was trying to find a cake for a gender reveal that I could get in 4 days. It was a bit of a rush, but Silky Cake was able to accommodate us! She was very responsive on Instagram. I chose a mousse cake with chocolate hazelnut flavor, and it was delicious! Everyone loved it! She got the design and pastel colors just right. I would definitely order from here again for a future event

Marina created a beautiful and delicious mousse cake for my daughter. Her cakes and cupcakes come highly recommended. I wanted to try something different this year and requested a crème brûlée flavored mousse, which Marina executed flawlessly.

I connected with the owner on instagram to order cupcakes two weeks in advance. Admittedly this is not the bakery’s typical order but she was willing to assist. Our messages went from seeking information to me wanting to place an order. Unbeknownst to me, and also no where within her website details, if you don’t make a payment within 4 hours of her sending you her payment details she will cancel your order.
Overall, my experience trying to complete my order and make the payment was an absolute disaster. The owner had a terrible attitude and rather than just decline my request as it became clear she didn’t want to take it to begin with, she was incredibly impatient, rude and lacked any couth. While her work is beautiful and she comes highly recommended, she lacks all customer service skills and doesn’t know how to properly communicate with her potential client base.

Run your business as you see fit but your attitude is horrendous and unfortunately speaks louder than the quality of your work,

Had a great experience ordering a cake from silky cakes. We had the milk chocolate strawberry smoothie tasted amazing. Great service and cakes.

I recently ordered the "Rome" Cocoa Art 7" cake to celebrate my son's 10th birthday. Ordering online was super simple. She has a great selection of flavors and the cake themselves are simply gorgeous. So much so you'd rather not cut into them. The cake itself was beautiful and you could smell the cocoa right out of the box. My husband was worried about the size but to his surprise our family of 5 had plenty left over to enjoy the next day! Masha was professional and enjoyed a friendly chat with her on day of pickup. I plan to order from Silky Cakes again and look forward to trying other flavors!

Not even worth going past a call, I called for a quote on a cake, they are just incredibly rude for no reason. I got yelled at and no help picking a cake really. I asked for flavors and they said we do typical European cakes? Okay well at least let me know what you can do, I was really excited to order a custom cake for the first time but they quickly killed that.
