Completely unacceptable experience from start to finish. I waited over 3 hours for my food. After an hour and a half with no updates, I called the restaurant to ask about my order status and was told that because I ordered through a third-party app, my order was not a priority.

Ordered pizza for work on October 9th. Was slated to be delivered between 12:12pm-12:22pm. Our lunch break is 12:30-1. I started calling around 12:40pm and was told it would be there soon. Pizza finally arrived around 1:40pm and it was cold. Called the store and the manager apologized and promised a full refund. It is now October 28th and I haven't received my refund. We flew across the country to see our daughter who currently lives in WA, and the first food we ordered was Smoking Monkey in Renton. Delivery was at least 25 minutes past the stated time, the potato skin app my daughter ordered wasn't included, and our large pizza was too doughy to eat.
